“This bank takes care of its customers! Five years ago, I visited to have two savings bonds cashed out. The teller I worked with was astute enough to provide me with a photo copy of the bonds just in case they got lost along the way, which unfortunately did happen.Five years later, and almost five years after I stopped banking here, the staff spent time helping me track down these lost bonds and, when they couldn't turn up anything, provided me with the correct phone number to call at the treasury department. Everyone was just as helpful as when I was still a customer of theirs.Life circumstances have compelled me to bank elsewhere, but if you are looking for a bank that cares about its customers, this is 100% where you should put your money.”

After a big bank allowed a thief to take over $12K from our accounts for over 30 days and never getting any interest we knew it was time to move. “Let me tell you about this bank. They are amazing! This is old-school customer service. When you call the branch, an actual human being answers the phone! When you say who you are, they say, “Oh hi! How can I help you?” Then - now get this - they actually help you! I’ve never walked in there and had someone tell me they don’t know and give me that blank look. If they don’t know, they find someone who does. My contact person at my branch actually replied to my email while she was on vacation! (Which I would never expect but is certainly lovely). I seriously love doing business with this bank. And I’m hard to please - I usually hate everyone. This business is really amazing. 10/10 highly recommend.”
