“A week ago a former employee of mine took upon themselves while ownership was away at a memorial to book freight with King Solutions and give to a different company (not giving it to B and W truck ) and of course without King Solutions brokers knowledge neither . Luckily for King Solutions , they have Jake Hanson as an employee who was able to calmly collect info when the other driver contacted him for payment . When I (owner of BandW) arrived I was notified by my factoring company that we have a serious report . Employee “D” was terminated right away due to his unauthorized use of our mc to double broker . The incident resulted in B and W receiving a Freight Guard report for re brokering freight . A report that surely closes the carriers doors it’s attached to . Over 10 years of clean and honest trucking and we get a report due to a crook. But after speaking with Jake Hanson who evaluated the whole situation, we were lucky this young man was able to extend us another chance and DELETED the report. Jake basically saved our carrier from closing down. We encourage him to look into our mc later on so he can see his decision was the correct one. Thank you Jake Hanson. You are what the trucking industry needs . God bless !”

“Staff were super nice and pretty quick with everything :) I came in to drop off a package that was prepaid by a customer and it only took 30 seconds or so for processing.
I’ve deducted a star for the building being pretty inaccessible, I’m disabled and the ramp going up to the curb was curved oddly and uneven as well as falling apart in some areas. The building did not have any buttons for doors and had a tight entrance as well as slimmer doors. Outside of the doors, there was a good amount of space in the hall and near the desks, but it’s just disappointing to see a federally owned post office not required to have an actually accessible building. It sucks that older buildings are exempt of following ADA regulations unless enforced by federal or state government directly. This isn’t the fault of anyone working there, it’s the fault of a failed system and I’m very disappointed that USPS as a whole is not required to have accessible buttons on the doors, yet is “required to be accessible”. That takes away majority of accessibility. Not accessible whatsoever, I shouldn’t need to wait for other people to walk by and open all the doors for me just for them to claim it’s accessible.”
“I have more issues with FedEx as a whole company. They, quite frankly, suck as a shipping service. I am only giving them 5 stars because of the location– the two employees working were nice, knowledgeable and efficient. I try to avoid FedEx like the plague, but unfortunately Apple sent a replacement/return through them. The “overnight” package came over a week later than was promised & the return label absolutely shredded to the point FedEx couldn’t scan it. This may be more on Apple, but this company sure didn’t help. I never have had a great experience with FedEx.”
“I just want to give a shout out to Lee Ann and Berta at this Fed Ex location. I print everything from large blueprints, to business cards and everything in between. I use the print and go option often, and have also made MANY personal items such as Fat Heads for my kids sports teams and have multiple items laminated here as well. No matter the project, these ladies are so helpful and willing to work me through any project to ensure the best possible quality. Thank you for all of your hard work, it's always appreciated. It is so nice to have reliable staff to make business operations a breeze! Thank you!”

“Divya Patel and her colleagues at the UPS Store Champlin recently picked up a piece of artwork that I had purchased from the local Goodwill store, and they packed and shipped it to me in Maryland. They did an amazing job of packing and protecting the artwork since it had a glass in the frame and was oversized. The artwork arrived via UPS ground in a few days and was in perfect condition. It was obvious to me that they went to great lengths to make sure that the item wasn't damaged in transit. I highly recommend using the UPS Store in Champlin for all of your shipping needs!”

“Best post office I’ve ever been to. Lots of weird hate for the lady in these reviews. Shipped over 600 pieces at this location. Never had an issue. Extremely friendly staff. They are closed from 12:30-1:00. Big deal lol. All these bad reviews are by delusional people who don’t know how the postal system works. 100/10 stars. Would recommend to the highest degree. “I embarrassingly sent a package to an old address in Elk River. Now being a Duluth resident, I was obviously worried that I would never see said package. Fortunately enough, Jill at the office, as well as the delivery driver who was en route to deliver the package, were gracious enough to stop the delivery and hold the package for me until I make a trip down. Communication was great, as Jill was able to intercept the package in a timely matter AND call me back letting me know they got the package back to the office. Thank you for all you do at the post office!”

But then I thought about how many other thousands of people had packages come through this facility but everything went fine. There would be no need to review it. So that’s why you don’t see too many good reviews. But due to mine leaving this facility in just a few hours unlike other reviews, I’m happy! I was legit scared like almost every other person reading these reviews. I gotta give a 5 star for swiftness and quality service. Sucks for anybody who didn’t have the same experience.”
