“A week ago a former employee of mine took upon themselves while ownership was away at a memorial to book freight with King Solutions and give to a different company (not giving it to B and W truck ) and of course without King Solutions brokers knowledge neither . Luckily for King Solutions , they have Jake Hanson as an employee who was able to calmly collect info when the other driver contacted him for payment . When I (owner of BandW) arrived I was notified by my factoring company that we have a serious report . Employee “D” was terminated right away due to his unauthorized use of our mc to double broker . The incident resulted in B and W receiving a Freight Guard report for re brokering freight . A report that surely closes the carriers doors it’s attached to . Over 10 years of clean and honest trucking and we get a report due to a crook. But after speaking with Jake Hanson who evaluated the whole situation, we were lucky this young man was able to extend us another chance and DELETED the report. Jake basically saved our carrier from closing down. We encourage him to look into our mc later on so he can see his decision was the correct one. Thank you Jake Hanson. “There's a young man with a handlebar mustache and an older woman who both work the counter. Best Postal Service counter workers I've encountered in my entire time of using a post office (and I'm a senior citizen, so it's a LONG time). So helpful, pleasant, courteous, it's a pleasure seeing either of them.

My mail carrier is Adam M. I LOVE him. He's efficient, friendly and accommodating.

Unlike some of the fill-in carriers when he's off - they ignore a friendly wave, REPEATEDLY leave my mailbox hanging open with mail inside. On rainy days, it's a sloppy mess. People like that are who give the Post Office a bad reputation. Do better, my tax dollars pay you.”

“Let me start by saying; I DONT do business with any company that uses any other package delivery service. FedEx is the most UNRELIABLE service in the entire industry, and USPS is just plain SLOW.. UPS is always on time, courteous, and just flat out “THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!” FedEx for example, has always without reason rescheduled my package delivery for either the next business day or if the package is scheduled for a Friday, it’s rescheduled to the following business day which is usually a Monday or Tuesday even though their tracking information shows out for delivery or scheduled delivery on the day it’s expected. Trust me when I tell you; ONLY USE COMPANIES who DELIVER WITH UPS for guaranteed ON TIME DELIVERY, package care, courteous drivers, and 99 times out of 100 will either be free shipping or MUCH cheaper than the other carriers with the piece of mind of on time scheduled delivery, damage free parcels, and is always placed in a secure location visually away from package pirates.”

The other ladies on the front counter (Kristie, Lam Lam I believe) and the cute girl (starts with a Kenn), out of all usps offices, 10 out of 5 stars. The best around! Appreciate y'all. You make sending packages to my family across the US and abroad, effortlessly.

“Went to get money orders for bills, long line of like 10 people ahead of me when I arrived, but it still only took 5 minutes including what I went for. The staff are courteous and fast. They manage huge lines of customers with ease, which is always a plus. Money orders here are more expensive than most places. And like everyone else if you can save money on a better deal somewhere else in nearby proximity. You do it. I get money orders from here for bills, because its the only place where I have never heard our money order machine isn't working. Its one of my pet peeves, cuz ive heard it so many times at other places, plus you dont have to have cash for them credit and debit work to. So it saves me a tripl to the bank. Like 3 or 4 years ago a staff member at the post office told me that in all her years working there. Never has the money order machine been out of service not once. She also said we are hands down guaranteed the most reliable in that department. I said no shit, cuz I had just been to walmart then Cub Foods and neither were working. So now I just save myself the hassle and go here. It should be noted that its almost always around the dates when rent is due that the cheaper options/stores coincidentally are out of order”

“I embarrassingly sent a package to an old address in Elk River. Now being a Duluth resident, I was obviously worried that I would never see said package. Fortunately enough, Jill at the office, as well as the delivery driver who was en route to deliver the package, were gracious enough to stop the delivery and hold the package for me until I make a trip down. Communication was great, as Jill was able to intercept the package in a timely matter AND call me back letting me know they got the package back to the office.
