The main entrance is easily assessable with no stairs and a nice sized waiting room and reception desk which gives dogs space to avoid becoming hyper responsive to cats. The technicians are kind, friendly and patient. It is staffed with 4 veterinarians that are good listeners, gentle animal lovers, great communicators, and very well educated in veterinary science.

They had baby bunnies for kids (and adults) to watch and look at. They have ciders, wines, and food, like toasties and sharables. They do live music too. Nice peaceful place to be!
