I just want everyone to know that this place was amazing! The level of professionalism was awesome. For any pet store owner I highly suggest go through this company. Everything was extremely clean and tidy. My wife has been doing business with them for almost a decade and we can both say that we are glad to keep doing business with them hopefully for another decade or two to come.

6001 Egan Drive, SavageI literally love this salon so much! It’s super clean, the staff are all very kind, but most importantly my dog is comfortable here. She used to get her nails trimmed at the vet and they stressed her out so much they wanted me to medicate her for her appointments. When we go to Uptail she actually gets excited to go! They always say she did a great job and she’s always in a happy mood when she leaves. I would drive hours just to go to this salon. Can’t recommend it enough!

14020 State Hwy 13 Ste 150, SavageWe have had 2 dogs and a cat receive care at Banfield Savage and they truly are the best. They have a welcoming and loving front desk staff (shout-out to Lisa). Also, Dr Neilsen is amazing with our 2 dogs and cat. Always spot on with a diagnosis if needed but doesn't recommend un-necessary procedures or additional cost. They were also amazing when our 15 year old Golden passed and we felt very loved.

The two employees were nice and welcoming. I apologize for taking up the extra minutes talking to one of them. Atmosphere was quiet and relaxing (came by around near closing hence calm atmosphere).
