I didn’t realize the rest periods were always at the same time and that’s on me. It just never coincided with pick up before I guess. (I realize you are not an exercise facility.)
Cricket has been really stressed due to things going on so I probably overreacted as it was really important that she have a positive time today.
I thank PP&S for the quick response.
Usually Cricket has a great time here. Today I was disappointed in that her 2-hour rest was the last hours of her stay. It’s just not ideal that she’s all rested up again when I’m expecting her time with you to help get rid of her energy!
I realize I only checked the webcams periodically, but I never saw the counselor(s) give her any attention despite the fact she rarely leaves their side. (She prefers the people to the other dogs.) I don’t expect her to get constant attention but a few pets wouldn’t be too much to ask?

From the ladies at the front desk, to the assistant, to the vet I felt like he was in good hands. And they bundled service to make it less expensive. I would recommend these guys as I was recommended by a vet and a vets daughter that don’t even work there or have any business affiliation.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this clinic and its incredible staff.
We primarily see Dr. Borka, and if not her, then Dr. Jones, and both are absolute gems. They are extraordinarily knowledgeable and patient and truly go the extra mile, literally getting down on the floor to interact with my pets at their level. Their recommendations are always grounded and well-reasoned; I have never once felt pressured into unnecessary procedures. Whenever treatment options arise, they take the time to clearly outline the risks and benefits, empowering me to make the absolute best decisions for my pets' care.
The entire team makes you feel like family, but two team members deserve special recognition:
Kyja is a complete sweetheart, so patient, gentle, and welcoming every single time we come in.
Ashley A. holds a very special place in our hearts. She supported us through some of the absolute darkest days when we lost our 14-year-old Golden Retriever, Seger. Every single visit, no matter how busy she was, Ashley would step away from whatever she was doing just to greet Seger, and he adored her. She was right there with us the day we had to say goodbye, and her tears were so genuine. I will never, ever forget that kindness.
If you are looking for a veterinary team that combines top-tier clinical expertise with deep, authentic empathy, this is the place. We couldn't be more grateful for everything they do!

Even though we moved out of the area, we still drive from Minneapolis to Lakeville to go to Southfork. They have an amazing staff, they are thorough, dedicated, and caring. I wouldn’t switch vets for anything!

Just today we realized we needed to bring Pete a day earlier than I had made the reservation for and they were so understanding and accommodating! Highly recommend them if you are looking for a reliable and trust worthy sitter or daycare for your pup!

8790 Upper 208th St W, LakevilleSunday evening dinner. There was live music outside, as it was hot and crowded out there we got a booth inside right away. Our server was prompt and knowledgeable. I am gluten free and she explained they have a separate fryer for their French fries so I was able to enjoy some fresh hot fries. Turkey burger was good, yummy toppings, gluten free bun available. Friendly and competent staff. One of our usual spots.

We both had a NZ sauvignon blanc and the Halibut.
The fish was cooked to perfection. It paired well with the risotto and mushrooms. It was light, but filling meal. Flavors were on point and satisfying. Highly recommend.
I'm looking forward to returning and trying the prime rib.
2nd trip, same friend. We still enjoyed the patio and food. The fish and lobster were great. Highly recommend this place.

They go the extra mile with their presentation, don't be fooled or judge this place by it's location in a strip mall. Staff is always courteous and helpful, very professional. My favorite place for Mexican food in the metro but don't tell anyone. Hesitant to write this review because I don't want to have to wait longer due to business surge but they deserve all the customers that they can get.
