“When picking up the car the inside was not clean. We found water bottles and many remnants of peanuts in the open area of the console. This was mentioned when we returned the car. Otherwise, the Audi was a good ride, but as an 'upgrade rental it was a 'basic' car. Keys were needed, no touch options.”

“I want you to share about my recent experience with Ryan at the Edina location. He was waiting for me when I arrived at the Collision Center where I was having my car repaired. He was well dressed, fresh looking and had a big smile when he introduced him self.
We had another client in the car while we drove from the collision center to the Enterprise location to pick up our respective vehicles. Ryan instantly began with pleasant conversation with us! The 8 or 9 mile drive flew by!
After filling out oir paperwork,.he was courteous as we walked out to my rental. Explained everything to me regarding returning the car, other insurance options while I had the rental and went over any dings or dents the vehicle already had so I wouldn't be liable for those items.
In addition the gentleman (I feel bad I didn't get his name) who assisted with all the paperwork was also very good! Polite, smiled and seemed to be happy to assist me!
At the risk of sounding old (I'm a young 66 yr old female 😉) it seems like finding good help is more challenging than ever! I've worked in sales and customer service for over 35 years. Getting good reliable people is key to running a successful business.
Bravo to this Enterprise location! Leadership had done an excellent job finding smart,.friendly and courteous people! Especially when they deal with clients who've most likely gone through a traumatic event.
Thanks again to Ryan and the team at Enterprise Edina for making my visit so enjoyable!

“Enterprise has always been our go-to place whenever our family needs to rent a car. I’m not great with names, but two young gentlemen recently helped my dad with a rental, and they were excellent. The process was quick, easy, and very friendly.
We returned the vehicle on 03/26/2026, and those same two gentlemen made everything smooth from start to finish. Great customer service all around.
I highly recommend this Enterprise location in Inver Grove Heights.”
“Freeway Ford is good at giving needed transportation to and from the dealership and is very comprehensive in detecting and fixing any need that arises. And the Ford warranty is very good coverage. Freeway even offered a car wash but I didn’t need one yet.”

“Rented a car for the first time, received help right away from Zach who was super helpful and made the process so simple, he listened to what kind of a car I was looking for, made a great suggestion on which one I should rent. Zach recommended to get the liability insurance on the rental which I did he made the process super easy and the manager Marcos was present and helpful as well any question I had they had an answer for. “Rented a car at the airport. Found out that our fob was not working to lock/un lock the car and by the next morning it was barely working to start the car. This Budget was just down the road from our hotel and we didn't really want to go back to the airport to have it fixed. We walked in and he was able to pull a battery from an old fob and had us on the road again in minutes. Sure made our day a lot less stressful!!”
“It’s a lot cheaper to rent a car than take the airport shuttle to Eau Claire so I did do that to get home from Minneapolis
Perfectly apt location for a car rental, had absolutely no problems and enjoyed my small Kia for a day

“Wonderful service and impeccable care to the customer. I booked my reservation online and when I arrived the location had no vehicles. This was not this owners fault. The online ordering platform needs to have realtime updates better integrated in order for owner/operators to offer their customers a successful experience. This should be addressed with Avis Home office and not the local operator. I was able to rent a larger vehicle which fit my needs still and am appreciative for the hard work that goes into such an operation. Thanks Avis of Burnsville.”
“Super service. Vehicle, while only 15,000 miles on it, had some electrical issues/shorts (tire pressure, ignition) that were worrisome but it got me where I needed to go. It was surprisingly comfortable and good gas mileage ~ 25 mpg.”

“It was how it should've we walked up to counter after waiting a few mins another customer. They had two people at the counter one tied up with an issue and other going through clients. “We rent cars often for both business and leisure, dealing with this particular location about twice a month or so. This enterprise has been the best experience we’ve had renting cars in all our years (it’s a lot of car rentals lol). The staff is always extremely kind and helpful, cars are always clean. I needed a car last minute and they got me in one right away for less than other companies were posting online. We are so grateful for Eagan enterprise and will continue to use them as our car rental service! Thank you guys!”
