“Scratched my own van by forgetting to close back of van BEFORE closing garage door. Classic gave the best bid for stellar work.They were all so friendly and helpful.They even came into work early so we could drop it off before heading to airport. They kept us up to date , sent pictures when done and they let us keep it there until we got back in town. So hassle free. They kept it safe until we got back. It looks great!!!!!”

“Freeway Ford is good at giving needed transportation to and from the dealership and is very comprehensive in detecting and fixing any need that arises. And the Ford warranty is very good coverage. Freeway even offered a car wash but I didn’t need one yet.”

“Highly recommend this Enterprise location. I had to use a long-term rental (45+ days) while I balanced a handful of #adulting priorities. The last thing I needed was another source of stress.
The car and support that Enterprise provided allowed me to put my focus elsewhere.
And, not everything that is exceptional is perfect: the first rental had an issue driving off the lot and Enterprise immediately replaced it with a comparable vehicle.

“I always choose this Avis/Budget vehicle rental location. They have always given me the utmost service and never had an issue with any of the vehicles(I'm nearly on a first name basis here due to my numerous times I've rented here ?). I've rented from other rental dealers and either the vehicle was beat up or left me nervous about if was going to break down on me, or I was overcharged for "fees" or the price of the rental itself. Here at Avis/Budget, I feel confident in driving any vehicle I rent.”

“Rented a car at the airport. Found out that our fob was not working to lock/un lock the car and by the next morning it was barely working to start the car. This Budget was just down the road from our hotel and we didn't really want to go back to the airport to have it fixed. We walked in and he was able to pull a battery from an old fob and had us on the road again in minutes. Sure made our day a lot less stressful!!”

Perfectly apt location for a car rental, had absolutely no problems and enjoyed my small Kia for a day

“On Nov 2023 upon arrival, I met Mr. Pete when I was looking to select my vehicle. Although you may call him as a senior citizen, but he is not. Because of his enthusiasm in assisting the customer was amazing! He ensured I was happy with my selected vehicle!Upon departure on Dec 1st, 2023, I met Mr. Hamza at around 5.30pm. It was a very long day after my business meetings. But Mr. Hamza rest assured to ease my return and made it as fast as possible so that I could be able to catch up my late evening flight on time!Overall everyone at this branch are very true ladies and gentlemen who uphold their company's standard and went beyond their miles to exceed their customer's expectation!Congrats to what an amazing and first class leadership there!!! Cindy, the manager, at this location did what she could to offer an alternative option. Sometimes things happen that are our of our control, and I thought she did a great job offering something else that would work for me. It wasn't my first choice, but it did work out. Thank you.”

When we requested a larger vehicle Mohamed immediately made the change and went and prepared a different car. And on return we forgot some items in the car and even though it was almost closing Mohamed said no worries he would stay until we returned. “Super service. Vehicle, while only 15,000 miles on it, had some electrical issues/shorts (tire pressure, ignition) that were worrisome but it got me where I needed to go. It was surprisingly comfortable and good gas mileage ~ 25 mpg.”
“I had a great experience here thanks to a specific employee named Sarah. I discovered my assigned car was locked with the keys in it, and no way for me to get in. There was also a super long line at the counter. I saw Sarah walking around the lot, and asked if she could assist me. She could have easily told me to go wait in the line, but she walked me to the line of freshly cleaned cars and helped me pick one out. She was so incredibly helpful and cheery about it as well. I wish I had more encounters with employees like Sarah!”

“It was how it should've we walked up to counter after waiting a few mins another customer. They had two people at the counter one tied up with an issue and other going through clients. Crossed the street and got the car. The only issue was the gate at the gate took three minutes to appear. Very wierd”

“Flew into MSP, had no reservation, with 5+ adults and kids. The others wanted way too much or had nothing. Never heard of Payless, went to the desk. Nour was very helpful, even when I had to reassure the card company no one had hacked anything. He got us the vehicle, a '24 or '25 Hyundai Santa Fe. It was fresh off the lot. Even when we had to extend our trip by a day. I had a painless rental, the experience was stress free, and I will move them to the top of the list. And I thought Payless was an old shoe store.
