“Wonderful community bank with friendly service. Our local church banks with Flagship and are always grateful for their care and support. Stopped by for some assistance swapping cash for school recorders and a banker stepped out of his office to count every bill (greasy from kids backpacks). Customer service that is best in class and, unfortunately, surprising in today’s world. Can’t recommend then highly enough.”
“I had a great experience here exchanging a few low $ bills for quarter rolls. Honestly I was rather surprised to see the low review for this location as the customer service, in my experience, was honestly phenomenal and I left thinking I'd consider Chase as my bank when I do eventually have to adjust life-things. The bank I'm with doesn't have locations around here so I popped in and the red hair'd tall guy banker (office to the left after entrance) really made me feel welcome (tho I'm not a Chase customer) and took care of the entire process. During so, a few other employees who weren't present when I had entered had appeared, whom I exchanged friendly greetings with, and overall it was a wonderful experience with the bank.”

“The staff at this bank are always so kind and patient! My other bank royally messed up my wire transfer when I was trying to buy a house. I was absolutely freaking out. I ran to Huntington five minutes before closing, and Siva helped calm me down and made a plan with me for how to fix it. I then came in two days later to make the transfer, and Dan and Joseph were so helpful and professional. Siva even stopped by to make sure everything was going ok.”
