FMBC was very good and helpful with clients and the Bridgewater transition has coordinated and orchestrated methods to make very good even better. Bridgewater is not just a banking institution but rather a comfortable pathway on one's journey to the continually upgraded destination.”

“We have banked at Highland Bank for decades. We love their personal service and friendly staff. It’s not a 5-star review because I tried to send my brother money through ACH and they have very low limits in part because they use an outside vendor for that service. His more national bank doesn’t have a limit or use an outside vendor.”

“I love US Bank! I got my debit card at this location and the banker was extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions and settled me into the US Bank app. He taught me how to get help through the US Bank app, and he gave us his card in case we had any future issues. It was very reliable and quick service and I appreciate the help that I received.”

“I am not a fan of WF as a whole, but this location is amazing. I needed an appointment in a short notice and during a time when I wasn't at work. The Eden Prairie Location was rude and did not help me at all. I called Minnetonka and a VERY nice young lady Chao, answered and was able to squeeze me in that day in about an hour. I was delighted after dealing with the rude teller at EP. I got in early and Chao was ready and already working on my issues when I arrived. The process should have taken 90 minutes, but with her hard work, going above and beyond had me out of the bank in less than an hour. Chao should be duplicated and her clone sent to EP and show them the true meaning of customer service. Thank you Chao for your help, going above and beyond and helping with my issues during a difficult time.”
