“I didnt quite know what to expect coming in. Val took great care of us, he was not one of those pushy salesman that you can get sometimes, he helped us see the value in what we were buying vs just the price of the product. I recommend going to this location and see Val or any of the staff here. Thank you guys for your recommendations!”

“5 years ago, back when this showroom was called Sleep Sherpa, I came to this show room looking to try the Tuft and Needle Mint, and others mattresses which no other show room had. I had very pleasant customer experience. Buying that mattress was the best shopping decision I ever made; it was comfortable, supported my body in just the right way, wasn't too hard or too soft. Thank you so much.”

“We had a great experience with the Original Mattress Factory. Ember was super helpful at helping make the decision, explaining the product line and what differentiated OMF mattresses from others. The mattress shopping experience is frustrating. We visited a number of other mattress stores before coming to OMF, and OMF was a breath of fresh air — no pressure tactics or sale deadlines, no daily text messaging, no complicated features or pricing with bells and whistles — just simple well built mattresses, locally made, with transparent pricing and friendly staff. Most importantly, we are loving the mattress and are sleeping way better than before. We will definitely be back if we need another mattress!”

“Great salesperson. I like stopping by and the ability to try the mattress based on personal preference. No pressure to go high end. Just work within your budget. Delivered in less than a week with low cost removal of existing mattress and box spring. Items are cleaned and donated to Bridging, torn apart as recycled to eliminate using our land fills. This is our second purchase in five years years. The first is still working great!”
