“This is the kind of hometown business we need to support! The owner is very honest and preferred to sell us a $35 part to fix our washing machine over a new one for hundreds when it was clear I had some DIY experience. He recognized the issue we described and the washing machine type from our description and noted those machines were built to last. His advice was spot-on and saved us hundreds of dollars in buying a machine to replace a machine that just needed a $35 part. Such honesty in a business owner is rare and commendable, and we will come back here for all our appliance & appliance parts needs!”
“Quick, friendly service to clean and tune up my Meile vacuum. It works great now!! I thought about selling it for cheap online but decided to see if the tune up and cleaning would improve it's performance and I'm so glad I did! It's back to how it was when it was new. Plus they got out all the dog smell that used to blow out of it.
They have a good selection of high quality vacuums to purchase. Also accessories and things like filters and bags. Techs and customer service folks are friendly and answered all my questions about accessories and filters.
I appreciate how they are forthright, I brought in a friends vacuum for a new brush roll and tune up, the tech looked up the part before I left and was unable to order it because the vacuum was too old. So we decided not to do the tune up and suggest to my friend to get a new vacuum. Why tune up a vac without a functioning brush roll? I loved how they found out the part was unavailable before I paid for a tune up. That saved my friend money to put towards a new vac.
They charged me 20 dollars less than the quote to clean and tune up my Meile, plus buy a heap filter. Id rather be quoted over and pay less than underquoted and have to pay more. Also I was told 4-5 days but they were done with it the next day! That was helpful because I needed the vacuum asap for a move in clean.
Overall I highly recommend Al's if you're looking to buy a vacuum, accessories, or need your machine cleaned or tuned up.”
“Shaun was able to hook me up with a refrigerator that fit in our kitchen quickly and schedule delivery quite fast for being right before the holiday. I did have to settle for a more expensive, stainless steel refrigerator because we couldn’t wait the 2-3 weeks to get the black one.
The delivery people week polite and respectful of our home. They removed our old fridge, gave us time to clean the floor before installing the new fridge.”

“Fantastic. Stopped in a couple times, talked to both Joe and Patti about a new hood. Scott got it installed despite an off-center duct and it's perfect. Made the most aggressive seared beef I could think of and not a bit of smoke make it passed the hood without being deafening. Could not be happier”

“Our first experiences buying appliances here. We were looking for a deeper fridge as ours was counter depth. We found a Samsung on line Mega Capacity 31 cubic ft for $1499 that had been $2399 .So on a whim jumped in the car Sunday night 1/28 as they were open till 8 pm The store department serviced by Bill N that night. When we arrived we saw the fridge marked down to $1299! Are you kidding me? 31 cu. ft and designed with handles that allowed us to get a bigger fridge that was in a tight corner and would allow door to open fully! By opening Home Depot line of credit got another $100 off. It has double ice bin making cubes and nugget size; an ice scoop, inside water feature and fingerprint resistant stainless Too good to be true?? Not in this case! Bill was outstanding and got the fridge entered for delivery and completed sale in 20 minutes. It is a stunning sleek French door; double lower drawers and fridge and delivery/install seamless by the crew on 2/2 and relocated our old fridge to garage to use there for just $40. A deal too good to pass up! Bill N charming, well trained and friendly! Thank you Bill and delivery for getting this beauty into our home!”

“I want to share a great experience I had today, it’s the least I could do. I came in to pick up an order today and things went so smooth! I have picked up Oder before and normally end up waiting for some time before someone can locate my order. Today, things were different! Upon arrival I was greeted by the most courteous gentleman, Tyrone. Greeted with a huge smile and he looked up my order and told me it would take a few mins for someone to bring up to the front.
