Will definitely make the 2 hour trek to the cities to get it cleaned. Too bad every Riddles location is 1.5-2 hours away. My hometown one CLOSED. Bummer!!!”

She did not want to finish after getting her first one done, but because of how kind and sweet Mikiah was, we eventually got her to tough it out and get her second one done. “I came in on Sunday morning, and there was only one associate working. She was helping a couple who was there before me, and initially I was getting ready to walk out because I didn't even get a hello, I'll be with you when I'm able. That's typically what I'm used to at other Pandora locations, and I find it wild that they only have one person working there at one of the busiest malls in the country. When I worked at one in Chicago, there were always 3-4 associates on duty. As soon as that couple left, she said hi to me and I asked to look at their exclusive charms. I ended up getting a heart shaped charm for $65 with the skyline on one side and Minnesota on the other side. I have been collecting different charms over the years whenever I go somewhere. I decided to keep the tradition going. Other than that, it was a fun experience. The store is clean, and I was able to get what I want. I was in and out, and I like that she wasn't too pushy or tried to upsell me things that I don't need. I like that they have a display with some of their exclusive charms, and she seemed pretty knowledgeable about the different charms they have. She said it was her first time opening the store by herself. I'd come back again when I'm in the area next.”
