Customers have praised the knowledgeable and helpful staff, such as Richard and John, who guided them through the selection process and provided excellent service. The store's financing options, though not always functional, did not detract from the overall positive experiences. Customers have also highlighted the great selection of mattresses and adjustable frames, as well as the reasonable delivery charges and the option to have the old mattress removed.

The Gentleman there sunday morning understood our budget and helped us choose the best bed I have ever slept on. Thank you for recommending the Sleepys 10in hybrid bed that was there ON HAND! We unpacked it within an hour, let it settle all day, and by 10pm we were out like a light when we hit the bed. Thank you!
