“I have found so many great pieces this year labels like Peter Millar; Tommy B ; Jonnie O; R. Barrakat, and several more --Such a great store the staff is cool, knowledgeable and helpful . Been going to the Galleria since the 1990s - this is best men's store I ever seen here for real !! I probably spent over900 this season here and I wear everything I bought . And there are 3 other great mens stores in this mall too; but Twill is the tops imo. You will not be disappointed with the inventory and prices are sensible for the high quality brands and from suits to shoes to golf shirts to sweaters , etc Twill has :) PS I may sound like a commercial but I am a real customer and have no ties to mgmt or owners I don't even know anyone's name just will be back to this place again .”

“Very nice and good selection and looking clothing here. I got 2 shirts, both of witch I am happy with. The one downside is that's they are are a little pricy for my tastes. Items ranged from 5$ (not very many) to 25$ ( most of the selection).”
“Sege & Jane had a top listed on their website, reduced price final sale, that I could not find anywhere else. On account of it being a bit expensive and not a familiar brand I wanted to be sure it would fit. Upon calling the store the employees located the top and gave it a good look-over and helped me decide it would be a proper fit. And it was! I love my new wacky palm tree jacquard top. Thank you!”

“The customer service was excellent, thank you Sam. I have shopped in store in Edina, MN and also shopped online. I have purchased at least 10 different types of clothing and other items which all had the same top notch quality. Sam was able to assist me in finding a duffle bag which he had in store and offered to ship it for free. I was very impressed with the customer first approach and the quick shipping options. Check locally before ordering on line. We need to keep quality stores in our neigborhoods.”

“I was in the store yesterday to exchange a few shirts without a gift receipt or BR account tied to the purchase. Randi, the General Manager, spent 25 minutes of her day sorting out the return to ensure we received the highest possible value on the items and ordering the replacements. I expected the lowest price in the last 30 days or so, which would have been perfectly fine as we didn't have a receipt from the gift, and I was just hoping to exchange the items for a smaller size without much out-of-pocket. I walked away with the items ordered for home delivery plus a great shirt Randi helped me pick out for my partner, and additional store credit. The time, patience and kindness Randi showed was certainly above and beyond. I walked away feeling very appreciative of the great experience at BR. And of course, the store was prestinely clean and the displays were impeccable.”

“This man should be involved in overseeing ALL customer relations!I came into to purchase a last minute suit because sadly I’ve grown more than my other suits would like. Tyler was so understanding and very excited at the idea of finding something for me instead of leading with “I’m not sure we will be able to”My size in a style I’d like wasn’t available and instead of “see you later” he began to walk me thru the online store showing me what we could get in store in time. He pulled out fabrics and walked into the back to show me what the physical product will show up looking like. Joked with me & gave me input on if he thought certain style would work for this black tie affair. He made what could have been a bad day an elevated experience that had me feeling like I had my own stylist! Thank you for having such amazing staff!”
