“We need more people like TINA in this world! I ordered custom bookmarks and had called to check the progress of the order. When I arrived at the store, It was clearly a day where they were under staffed but she still had a smile on her face and a positive attitude (despite her having to work an open to close shift). Before I even told her what I was in there for, she told me they were printed and ready to go! Loved her energy. Great customer service and made my day.”

“Pharmacy was great! They were the only ones out of 5+ pharmacies I called that could get my prescription in—special-ordered and available the next day. Other pharmacies I’d called said 1-2 weeks, which I didn’t have for my condition.Car-to-pharmacy and back was under 10 minutes! Zero waiting in line time and prompt, no-fuss checkout.Note: they don’t accept competitors’ coupons, so I paid several hundred dollars instead of $25. BUT, they WERE able to get my prescription in record time vs everyone else!Sadly, no doubt not their fault, they don’t validate for parking and I had to pay for a quick trip—and the parking fee machine was broken, so I didn’t get a receipt to submit for reimbursement or tax purposes. (Those “little things” all add up to big money for me!!)”

Pharmacist Alahna filled it quickly and helped me apply coupons for the prescription because my insurance would not cover it and I had to pay out of pocket. “Yes they are understaffed, yes wait times can be awhile, yes getting through on the phone can take awhile, but I'm not sure what people are talking about when they say the staff are rude. They have been nothing but helpful and nice to me. I have had issues with medications not being able to be filed, but that has always come done to an insurance issue. This is obviously just my experience, but I have been going to this pharmacy for years.”

“Be aware that this is a specialty pharmacy that has some specific medications that normal pharmacies do not so expect longer lines at odd hours.
The pharmacy and Walgreens staff at this location are fantastic. They get 6 stars. The bathroom however is atrocious. Walgreens, your staff and customers deserve a little better bathroom situation.”

I came to Walgreens by York in Edina and Jennifer Olson approached me and offered me her assistance, Ian from the pharmacy also assured in finding the right items I needed for my colonoscopy.

“Shaheen is wonderful — always recognizes us, is very quick, and is always kind. We appreciate her service. In general, I find this Walgreens to be better than most—their hours are great, they rarely close down for random reasons (like many Walgreens), and they’re typically on time with my prescriptions. I’ve had a few hiccups with them not communicating with me well, but overall good service.”
