“been a usi customer for over two years now and am never looking back as long as i live in mn! service is very reasonably priced given the quality of the internet service, and troubleshooting is a breeze. i had an issue with connectivity / old wiring in my house and it was completely resolved over the course of three days. they give you the option to rent a router (first month free, then 10/month afterward) which is super generous. i’ll be testing out my old router to see if the issue has resolved, but if not i’m happy to continue using the rental router. support this local business!!!!”

I had a complex situation arise with a phone that didn't connect with my Bluetooth the way it was supposed to. Store manager Sebastian and Ben bent over backwards to resolve my situation for me. It was a time consuming customer service appointment (not his fault) and it gave me a chance to watch the interactions with other employees and customers. Needless to say it seems the management focus is sales and not customer service support. Richard went about and beyond and I highly recommend him for technical and billing support.”

And then we went to AT&t and they were no help then we went to T-Mobile and this gentleman was so much help we got the phone hooked up and paid and everything was great I give these guys mad props so definitely good guys good people.”

“We’ve had Mediacom for the last 11 years. We had issues during that period. The area I live at can only get you one bar on your mobile phone on a good day. So, I rely heavily on cable/internet to call out on my mobile phone using wifi calling and get to the internet.
However, we haven’t had a single outage for the last 1-1/2 years here in Prior Lake that I can recall. When we did have issues we’ve had decent luck with Mediacom’s Bot, Moli, through texting which connects you to a live agent if the Bot can’t resolve our issue.”
