Today i went to the store and Hunter helped me patiently and provided all info to Verizon and waiting for them to give the correct promo credit. No matter what store did every thing to help me to correct the promo credit amount . I highly appreciate hunter efforts in helping me resolve my billing/promo credit issue”

Matt S and Ryan W were very helpful, and took the time to explain how I can manage my account so that I was getting the best plan for my situation. “I am a long time Boost customer and had just ordered a new phone online that refused to activate. I brought the phone to this location and the service rep was fantastic. He got me dialed in to the Boost activation department and talked them through what needed to happen, since apparently my account is special and needs a physical SIM card, not the eSIM they were trying to activate. It might have taken days to straighten out if he hadn't recognized the problem and taken steps to get it fixed. I may be skeptical about Boost overall after this experience, but this location knows their business and would definitely come here again for help.”
