Mike helped determined it was repairable, and as he wrote up our work order, seeing we had purchased the ring at R.F. Moeller decades ago, told us the repair was covered. That was unexpected! The repair is flawless, leaving the ring looking brand new. We could not be more pleased. Mike’s knowledge and service exemplify why R.F. “Stopped in to the Northtown Mall Blaine Mn location today 6/22/2026 to get a couple of my wife's jewelry pieces inspected & cleaned per the 6 month routine check up. The ladies there were super friendly & helpful. While the 1 girl was inspecting & cleaning the jewelry the other was helping me look at the G Shock watches. They all looked very nice & looked quite rugged also. I ended up selecting a watch then convinced my wife to get one also. I also took advantage of getting the warranty for both. All in all it was a great experience! Just stopped in for our free cleaning & ended up doing that & leaving with 2 watches. I also put a ring on layaway for the wife. Thanks to both of those young ladies for all the help, you both were great!”

“Have a 30 year old ring that stone fell out, took it in for replacement. Replacement stone fell out after a couple weeks. Greg assumed he would get it corrected. He sent ring out for an evaluation of setting and stone size. The prongs are larger and the stone is gorgeous, dent has been removed and polished to perfection. Asked him what is the additional cost he said none, and apologized for taking longer. I recommend Van Drake Jewelry any repairing or purchases”

“As always with the staff at Riddle’s, Ken and Alexandra gave me excellent service tonight. They were incredibly kind, quick with their service, and extremely personable. Alexandra and Ken not only helped me get my ring cleaned and my wife’s ring serviced, but they went above and beyond sending me home with suckers for my daughter and a toy ring with a ring box included, which I know she will love. Even when we don’t spend money and are just getting routine cleaning the staff treats us with the care they would any other customer. I can not recommend enough. (Not to mention being able to get your ring cleaned any time you go to MOA is a major plus!)”
