“I would say a huge improvement with the new pharmacist, he is an Asian gentleman who has about 6 helpers behind the counter. The previous pharmacist was not so good. If u need a RX the same day have them do it esp if you've just had surgery, I've had them get it ready right away. I won't count on Hyvee to do this. You can call and automated person will tell you the time your RX should be ready. Thank you for getting a new pharmacist. I had a prescription filled there again the other day and the time from the prescriber calling it in to when they had it ready was roughly an HOUR! Great service, this is with the new pharmacist, he is extremely polite and greets you when you walk up to the counter! Also, his helpers at the register are extremely kind, prompt and polite. This makes such a huge difference! Thank you to the new pharmacist, you are amazing (he is an Asian gentleman) just to give credit where it is due. ?”
