“Stopped in to buy a stamp for a letter I was sending there and was very pleasantly surprised. I walked in and was immediately greeted by two younger staff whom were very friendly, professional, and helpful. They took great care of me, I didn’t have to wait in any lines (great timing on my end I guess?), and I was in and out within minutes. The inside is much bigger than it looks on the outside and I found out they do passports there too! Would definitely recommend going here.”
“I'm giving a 5 star review because it don't make sense for me to put 1 star because the post office was closed and I didn't have an interaction with no employees but the only thing is it' says is open on Google map till 5pm but the door says closed on Saturday & Sunday please get this updated asap because I wasn't the only one at the location trying to get in”
“This is the friendliest post office downtown! If you have a letter or package to send and you need a good walk through the skyway during the day make this your destination. It’s fun to find. I’ve never had to wait in line. Clean and welcoming. My favorite days are the ones when I get to go here.”
“Small post office with great service. Two employees working the desk on a Saturday morning with no line when I walked in at noon. The employee checked the delivery window for the different rates, and that saved me $20 (because with a holiday coming up the more expensive option was going to take about as long as the cheaper one). Great service and super convenient!”
“I'll start by saying that I loved the help they were able to give me. I went to apply for my son's passport and they helped me in the best way possible and the procedures were fast. They made me feel welcome and there was one man in particular who helped me a lot. Most of the people were kind to my baby as well. I appreciate that they were very kind to me. :)”

“The building is mostly unmarked, so you wouldn't think it's a post office. Down the street is a large building in USPS looking branding, but it's a private business. So it's a little hard to find. The line was non-existent. Staff was as friendly as you could expect a bored federal employee to be. Overall, I recommend this location. They should add a sign though.”

“For the most part I really like this post office but the fact they can never take cash because they don’t have exact change drives me absolutely crazy! From what I’ve gathered they start the day with basically no money in the till so if it’s a slow day or even if it wasn’t and most people used cards you are SOL. An organization like the post office should ALWAYS be able to take cash. I understand from working in retail that occasionally weird days can mess up the till but this is a very persistent issue and it is unacceptable.”

“Incredibly large post office that is basically a work of art. The building features over 20 windows for service, along with kiosks and supplies for mailing. Highly recommend no matter the time of day if you live downtown.”

He acts with urgency, is super helpful, and just a really great person to interact with. “I have visited this location a few times now and have always experienced great customer service. Today I brought in a few packages and hadn't shipped any packages in about 10 years and the lady walked me right through the process. “This review is strictly for the representative I dealt with during my visit today, and not the USPS facility as a whole.
David was incredibly helpful and patient. I had a large number of return packages, each with its own QR code. I came prepared with order numbers, but the process was still slow and tedious—scanning each code individually and printing separate receipts before moving to the next.
Despite how frustrating that could have been, David stayed calm, patient, and kind. In a situation where others might have rolled their eyes or acted annoyed, David made light of it and joked with me along the way about my nonsensical order. His attitude helped keep the interaction smooth and stress-free.

“As a Gen Z that does not have much knowledge about shipping internationally, I feel very thankful for my local USPS! This is my second time at this location and really want to show my appreciation for Graham! He is not only helpful but extremely patient, resourceful and addresses all my questions and concerns. Even though he was the only staff working, he is very thoughtful and I can tell the way he speaks to other customers is not rushed at all. Both times I didn’t know what box to use but he kindly found a box for me to use which he didn’t have to but really shows how he went beyond to address my needs. “Its actually a 1. But, I want this location to stay open. It needs to hire more people. And it MUST have the outside collections redone. They just made all four of the postal bins inoperatable. Seriously only the one on the end is usable by anyone without having to get out of the car...”
“After moving back to St. Paul I started using the Concordia Ave Post office. The staff were ALL helpful and wonderful. Sometimes staffing levels were a bit sparse but predicting what customer demand will be at any given time is quite difficult. The staff still roll with it and get the job done!”

“Yes, this is a mail distribution center but there are times I have to go there a pick up insured packages or certified mail. I have never had any problems getting my packages or certified mail there. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Ring the bell, show them my id, get my package. Its that easy.”
