“I had a great experience at Gerber! Elizabeth was super helpful and easy to work with. My car was ready over a week earlier than they originally expected, and they went above and beyond with the product. While it’s never fun to get rear ended and have to bring your car in for repair, Gerber made it the best possible experience.”
“Once I booked the vehicle I needed the staff was friendly and both the check in and check out was efficient and quick. I was offered and given a ride home. Thanks for a great rental experience! Shout out to Luke for being a great rep, it was nice working with you.”
“Dan was a great customer service representative, he helped me with my rental car experience! Highly recommend them, they take great care of you! Thank you Enterprise!!”
“I want you to share about my recent experience with Ryan at the Edina location. He was waiting for me when I arrived at the Collision Center where I was having my car repaired. He was well dressed, fresh looking and had a big smile when he introduced him self. We had another client in the car while we drove from the collision center to the Enterprise location to pick up our respective vehicles. Ryan instantly began with pleasant conversation with us! The 8 or 9 mile drive flew by! After filling out oir paperwork,.he was courteous as we walked out to my rental. Explained everything to me regarding returning the car, other insurance options while I had the rental and went over any dings or dents the vehicle already had so I wouldn't be liable for those items. In addition the gentleman (I feel bad I didn't get his name) who assisted with all the paperwork was also very good! Polite, smiled and seemed to be happy to assist me! At the risk of sounding old (I'm a young 66 yr old female 😉) it seems like finding good help is more challenging than ever! I've worked in sales and customer service for over 35 years. Getting good reliable people is key to running a successful business. Bravo to this Enterprise location! Leadership had done an excellent job finding smart,.friendly and courteous people! Especially when they deal with clients who've most likely gone through a traumatic event. Thanks again to Ryan and the team at Enterprise Edina for making my visit so enjoyable! KP 7/8/2026”
“Great people at the counter. Good selection of vehicles. The location on highway 5 saves you all the airport fees. I have rented vehicles there many times and have always been satisfied.”
“When things aren't perfect, the team at the Spring Lake Park location in Minnesota will make it right and flex as your plans flex. They made renting easy and I look forward to renting with them for an upcoming business trip! I can trust Enterprise with my business needs.”
“The price (through Costco) was very reasonable. Rental process was easy. Staff was friendly. Vehicle worked great for our needs. This is our third rental from this location in the last three years. I'm glad we found it.”
“I recently had the opportunity to rent a car and it was a wonderful experience. The vehicle was clean and enjoyable to drive, and the delivery service was prompt and straightforward. Thank you for a great experience!”
“I just picked up a rental early because AJ was so accommodating. When AJ called to confirm my rental reservation I asked if I could get a rental one day ahead of time. He found me one, got it washed and ensured I knew it was ready to go. He was very friendly and thorough when we picked it up. The location is convenient for west metro. I will be renting from them again!”
“My initial experience with a different location started terribly, but these guys saved the day. I will definitely go back to this location only. They were helpful and quick, despite me getting there at what seemed to be a rush. I also witnessed another staff member who was helping a customer who was frustrated and he was calm, kind and considerate with her. The staff at this location is the key. They should be training other locations.”
“I had a very good experience with the St. Louis Park Enterprise when I needed a vehicle repair. They actually brought the vehicle to me at the repair shop so I didn’t need to find a way to get over to Enterprise. The person I worked with was super friendly and made the process quick and easy.”
“Blake was very helpful from the very beginning. He walked me thru the entire process and explained everything so I knew exactly what to expect. Very kind and respectful! I will rent from this place only! Thanks Blake!”
“They were there when our plane arrived late and there early for our return. The whole process made for a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation. They even went the extra mile when I forgot something important in the rental. I will definitely rent from them again. Thank you.”
“I’ve been renting from this Avis for years because the staff makes everything feel easy. They’re friendly, accommodating, and always a pleasure to work with.”
“Rented from this location while visiting Minnesota for vacation. Picked up here; dropped off at airport. Pickup process was a little slow but agent was very friendly; made sure I got a newer car as we were going to be driving a lot. Car was nice, clean, almost brand new.”
“Sales and leasing options. Very responsive; no pressure; quality, reliable inventory at the right price; consultative approach with options; trusted; quiet confidence. Highly recommend and we just sent two friends to Jim today.”
“Got a car that looked and worked as expected for the price I expected. Staff were totally on it, friendly/efficient/proactive. Pick up and drop off was a breeze.”
“Dante called in advance to tell me the vehicle I rented wasn’t going to be available on time, but I would be upgraded and something would be available. I was impressed with the anticipatory service. I’ll gladly rent here again. They took care of me.”
“Purchased all of my dream cars in the span of a year with Auto Porter. Ranging from a G-wagon, multiple Lamborghinis and a Rolls-Royce. Every single transaction was seamless and I didn’t feel like I was getting robbed, a feeling I got when attempting to work with other leasing/financing companies. I refer and recommend AutoPorter to all of my friends and family to AutoPorter for any and all vehicle purchases or auto leasing needs, couldn’t be happier.”
“Excellent Service! Very quick and easy in and out. They gave me a ride home when I lived a mile away so I didnt have to walk. I will be back next summer for my north shore trip again. Highly recommend this place!”
“Amazing experience every single time. Cars are always clean, staff is super knowledgable and the customer service is top notch even when they are slammed with customers. My go to location everytime.”
“Dante was amazing—caring, helpful and considerate making sure we had everything we needed. Super impressed with the service we received and would highly recommend this branch.”
“I frequent this location as I live in the neighborhood and travel often for business. The staff are always courteous and professional and have gone out of their way to resolve issues that are clearly not their fault (stemming from another location / corporate). I wouldn't hesitate to book through them as they provide a great alternative to the busy airport.”
“5 ⭐ experience with Mike. Customer service was above and beyond to put me in a vehicle and get me on the road. I was treated with such respect and kindness. Mike was fast on delivery in every area. Highly recommend!”
“It’s a lot cheaper to rent a car than take the airport shuttle to Eau Claire so I did do that to get home from Minneapolis Perfectly apt location for a car rental, had absolutely no problems and enjoyed my small Kia for a day Thanks for making the process as simple as possible for those of us who prefer to “arrange transportation””
“I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Ahmed at Budget. After several extremely disappointing experiences at other local Budget locations, I wasn’t expecting much, however Ahmed’s professionalism and hospitality exceeded all expectations. I had a fairly complex situation with my reservation, and Ahmed handled it with patience, understanding, and expertise. Instead of making things more stressful, he took the time to walk me through my options, resolve the issue efficiently, and make sure everything was set up correctly. His calm and helpful approach made a huge difference. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure everything went smoothly. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to ensure I had exactly what I needed. Thanks to Ahmed, what could have been another frustrating experience became a seamless and positive one. Budget is lucky to have someone like him on their team. I truly appreciate his outstanding customer service and would gladly return to work with him again.”
“We had to break up with U-Haul after too many broken trucks. Budget was great! Staff was super helpful, and everyone seemed to enjoy being there. They even gave us a discount– thanks Kelcey!”
“I often judge a place by the company they keep, let me tell you something and I’ll say it even louder for the people in the back. If you want top notch service with a smile and to be treated with kindness and respect to the highest degree, ask for MYA. She exemplifies what you look for in an employee. Please keep her around and acknowledge her efforts, much love guys”
“We were nervous as this was our first car rental through SIXT but everything worked out so well and beyond our expectations. We have a love vehicle and the staff is very helpful.”
