“The service was great for the most part. Then they tried to tell me I had used up 2 gallons of gas, but they wrote it off. I traveled 22 miles in a Nissan Altima - at most I used 1 gallon - otherwise the Altima gets worse gas mileage than my truck. I don't like them trying to make it sound like they did this great thing for me when in reality, it wasn't as great as they made it sound.”
“The rental facility is nice other than they need some more organization. Some rental counters overwhelmed I had a reservation, the agency had no clear lane for people with a reservation vs just a walk up a simple sign and lane would speed that up. The worst part is trying to get back to airport after returning car. Wait lines where very long, it took about a half hour to get on shuttle. They should either warn us about that at rental counter or provide more shuttles. That's the longest wait for a return shuttle I have experienced. Once we arrived at airport buses had no clear lane for them to drop off passengers. Traffic was a cluster at terminal, Total time from dropping car off to getting to airport was over 45 minutes. If LasVegas wants people to visit again they need to either limit flights in per day or improve the system. I think casino's would opt for more improvement. Electric train shuttle would get rid of the buses eliminate some bus drivers, improve efficiency and be a little more green for those politician's that want to save us. It could be in a tunnel, musk already did that at convention Center.”

“I was unfortunate to be in an accident that caused two claims through my insurance. Because of this unusual situation, I had to rent a car for one month, then return to swap out with a different car for the second month while my car was in the shop. The entire situation was depressing and dire... until I went to pick up my rental car. Lincoln (and his manager, Chris) were AWESOME. After a minor life-changing event like *that*, to get me to laugh and walk / drive away happy? I will never forget the professionalism and kindness they showed me, and I will always refer friends & family, and go to this location for any future rental needs. Rarely have I been impressed with a *car rental* business... but those two guys really made everything so much better. I cannot thank them enough.”

“Had to rent a car when my car was in for repair. I worked with my insurance and they suggested Edina's Enterprise. Was picked up by a nice driver, from the auto repair to go back to Enterprise. From begining to end, everyone there was so very nice to work with in then setting it up to getting it checked in and then driving me back to the auto shop! Perry spent the most time with me helping me understand how I was to drive the one they gave me as it was a newer model with lots of bells and whistles! I had a ton of questions/concerns and he, very patiently, answered them! Bringing it back/check in, and then driving me back to the auto shop, again a seamless experience! This Enterprise should be proud of the team they have to assist in providing their customers the best service possible! You all rocked!”

When i returned my rental i asked if there was anyway i could just buy it from them since i fell in love with it. They got me in contact with a sales rep very quickly and i now have my dream car all within a week of that initial rental. If i could id give em 10 stars.”
“I recently had to rent a car through Enterprise for business and Alec was by far the best manager/worker I have ever had an encounter with in the car rental industry. Generally, I personally have rented through other companies solely from saving a couple dollars here or there, however, after this experience, I understand that you get better service with Enterprise and I will be renting through them from this point on. Also, just in case I didn't say so at the time but THANK YOU for all your time and assistance throughout this process.RENTAL & RETURN PROCESS:• Quick & Easy Online/ App Reservation• Smooth & Speedy Pickup & Return Process• Accommodating of My Needed ExtensionsI reserved a car online, which directed me to the Avis app. I reserved it about an hour before my scheduled pickup time. It was fast and easy. The hardest part was asking a friend to interrupt their work day to run me over there to pickup the vehicle. (I was renting bc my 2015 Toyota Sienna had a "catastrophic engine failure" at only 104,999 miles. It seized up and was not due to poor maintenance.) When I arrived at Avis, they were quick to greet me and get me in a vehicle. I was informed however that they didn't have any in the cheaper level I had rented at the moment. So he said he'd be giving me a free upgrade and asked me if I would prefer the next level up (I don't remember the kind) or he said I have a ton of minivans (yet another step up). I chose the minivan since that's what I'm used to driving.I had to extend the rental a couple times. The gentleman mentioned above was working reach time I stopped in to inquire. He was happy to accommodate. He also was able to shift my rental to a month long rate once it became apparent I was going to need the rental for much longer than anticipated.VEHICLE:2023 Chrysler Pacifica. It was much newer and nicer than my car, and had all the bells-and-whistle features I have, if I could buy a new car. I loved the car. Tank was full, car was clean.✔️ Heated seats✔️ Heated steering wheel✔️ Remote start✔️ Lane departure assist✔️ Cruise control w/ auto-adjusting speed based on distance from the vehicle ahead of you (I don't know the official name of this option but it was great.)✔️ Optional auto-engine off at stops✔️ Other safety features I don't recall atmI was sad to return it today bc it was so nice. When I told them how much I loved the vehicle, I was informed there's an option to purchase your rental. I don't know the details bc a car purchase isn't in my budget.”

They are not located right at the airport, so plan on an extra 15 minutes, but the shuttle was very prompt. I would use them again for sure! And I don’t usually leave positive reviews.”

“The employees here went out of their way to help my boyfriend and I get a reservation in an SUV when there's a shortage of available SUVs, and the Shakopee location didn't have a suitable alternative for our original reservation with them. It took them a few hours, but they worked to find us a last minute option that suited our needs. It wasn't my first time getting a vehicle from this location and it definitely will not be the last”

This location was able to get us into a rental truck and provided a discount due to the other locations poor service. I would 100 PERCENT recommend this location.
