“Our family went here today to try out the Nicollet Island Inn brunch, which we had heard about but never experienced. It was the best ever - delicious brunch menu served until 2:00 p.m., great service from the wait staff, and a quiet mid-island classy setting right on the Mississippi River. Will definitely be back!”

“My coworker and I stayed 10 days at the Hilton Minneapolis/Bloomington. The staff was absolutely awesome down to each person we encountered. From Miss Phuong in Housekeeping to Amy and ALL of her colleagues at the front desk, to every Executive Lounge breakfast staff member, the shuttle drivers, and Jim the General Manager --- they all were genuinely pleasant, personable, efficient, professional, and attentive to our individual needs. The Executive Lounge breakfast was excellent - quality food, excellent service, quick in and out. The 11th floor rooms were great - quiet, spacious, comfortable for home away from home while working and centrally convenient to the area. The Chop House restaurant on-site was very nice and we had a great server on both visits. When you see the General Manager Jim buffing up the ice room door window on the 11th floor and chatting with guests to probe about their stay, you know you have a well-run hotel!”

“One of the only hotels that reminds me of Dubai in regards to experience, and presentations. The plants, and all the greenery with all white ceramic tiles makes this place stunning. The coffee and the food are delicious!”

“Really nice hotel. I had never stayed at this brand of Marriott hotel before and it will certainly be at the top of my list going forward. The hotel had one of, if not the best, workout facility of any hotel I have stayed. The front desk staff was also incredibly helpful and friendly. The only downside was that the light switches were incredibly confusing. After several days, I still had not figured out what switches did what which was considered the master.”

“The woman that checked us in seemed distracted. When we got our keys, I asked which way we needed to go to get to our room and all she said was to take the elevator. I ended up having to look up the hours for the pool and breakfast because she never told us.The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was decent.”

“Wonderful hotel, really nice room, FANTASTIC Staff. Nice to be at a location that understands parking for 4 Motor Coaches and blocks enough spots to accommodate us.”

“Beautiful hotel. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations or service! Also a great location in the city. Our first time in Minneapolis but definitely staying there next time. Only a couple concerns keeping it from a 5 star. One was the pillows, very limp, way too soft, 2nd was the shower, the pressure wasn't great, maybe we just had bad luck. Third maybe isn't all their fault, but the bar downstairs, we had a 4 dollar charge for automatic gratuity, we only ordered 2 drinks! Also for anybody looking for a hotel gym, they had the nicest I have ever seen!”

“Excellent. I visited Minneapolis to DJ an event at the Fillmore (right next door) and the Element Hotel was absolutely perfect. The customer service was phenomenal; they brought me a cart to help transport all my DJ equipment and they showed me where the hallways connect directly to the Fillmore. It was so cool, it was like walking through a secret tunnel! Super convenient, I didn't even have to go outside in the -4*F weather! The room I booked was really cute and comfortable; it had a mini fridge and a microwave, which is perfect for me and my midnight snacks. Additionally, there was a hot chocolate bar in the lobby with mini marshmallows -- AMAZING!! Definitely a highlight of my stay :)Upon checking out, I went over to the parking garage (also very convenient and easy to access) and found a flat tire on my rental car. Totally flat like a pancake! The staff was so kind and helped me put air in the tire so that I could make it to the airport in time. Big shout-out to Noah, thank you so much!! Overall, I had a lovely experience at the Element Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Minneapolis!”

“Although we have stayed there many times, we are treated like royalty. We stay there because the rooms are nice, the parking is nearby, and it's close to the target center, and it's all connected by the skyway. It is a little pricey though, but well worth it to us.Rooms: Rooms are almost luxurious.Nearby activities: Close to target center, target field, and many theaters.Walkability: It is connected to many activities by skyways.”

“I’ve been staying here for just over a week and this place is all the vibes. The front desk is so accommodating and helpful, they make you feel like you’re coming home (special shout out to Thomas!) and the valets are so kind. I’m in a wheelchair and Howard always rushes to get the doors for me. Both sets! It’s honestly such a great spot. The rooms are amazing, cleaning staff do too tier work, and that rooftop hot tub with the skyline view is straight magic. I haven’t even check out yet but cant wait to book my next stay!Rooms: I with my dogs, and though they are very well trained and make minimal noise- they are still dogs. So they have barked a handful of times. I gave the front desk my cell to insure they call if there’s any disturbances and I haven’t heard a peep. I feel the rooms hold sound well without disturbing your neighborsNoteworthy details: The employees here clearly love their job. I roll through the lobby a few times a day and sometimes I’m a bit cranky/overwhelmed (recent amputee) but the staff always has me smiling by the time I get to the elevators. The energy is everything.”

“Our stay at the Graduate was excellent. We had to go to the University of Minnesota - Fairview for a follow-up on my recent kidney transplant and we decided to stay at the Graduate. The manager, Chuck, was great and made sure we had a positive experience. Upon our check-in he greeted us and made us feel welcome. Kyle, at the front desk, was also very friendly and this made for an easy check-in. The room was awesome and decorated in a very unique style. A framed Herb Brook's jacket, a picture of Loni Anderson, and walleye themed wallpaper in the bathroom made for a very cool looking room. The beds were very comfortable and made for a good night's sleep. The hotel was very clean. It was very apparent that the manager and staff take great pride in providing the best and most welcoming stay possible for guests. The Graduate Hotel will be our "go to" hotel on any future trips to Minneapolis. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Minneapolis area.”

“Went back to Minneapolis to visit my family just before Christmas. The Moxy Uptown is a Marriott hotel and one of the few hotels in Uptown. It's easy to get to from the airport and has an attached parking garage which I believe is free however I didn't have a rental so I am not 100% sure. I would call it a self-serve hotel but not a cheap hotel. The front desk is at the bar which is very popular in Uptown located right when you walk in the hotel. There was a huge party going on there when I got in so incredibly loud and I was concerned my room would be loud but it wasn't. The lobby is very hip and I posted pictures of it.It's a five-story hotel and I had a great view of Uptown from the fifth floor. The room was smaller than I expected, it reminded me of a European hotel with a bed lower to the ground. The only picture I have of the room is the guitar that was on the wall which my daughter thought was really cool. It didn't have a closet, it had hooks on the wall but they provided hangers for the hooks and the steamer instead of an iron which I like much better. The bed was comfortable and it had a big screen TV although I didn't watch much. The bathroom was really nice with a huge walk in shower but no tub. If you wanted maid service you had to request it daily. The big disadvantage of the room is it does not have a refrigerator so if you have any food from a restaurant there's nowhere to put it.They have 24/HR self service food that is really snacks and drinks but at a very low cost and are healthy. They do have free coffee. There is not a restaurant in hotel but tons really close by.Would I go back there?Yes, for the location primarily. You just can't beat the location. The staff was very nice and checking in and out was a breeze. I would get a bigger room next time.Walkability: You don't need a car to be here at this hotel I got around fine with an Uber and the rest is easy to walk.”

“Lovely hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Service was sparse due to lack of employees, like every place else. Courtesy and respect were on the lips of everyone who worked there. Be sure to bring your own drinking water as the city water tastes awful.”

“We host a company wide conference at this location every year. The staff is an absolute delight to work with! They are all so friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to host an event or for a nice quiet getaway.”

“Perfect location for walking to the US Stadium. Despite it being such a historical building, it felt fresh, modern and clean. The desk staff was very helpful and friendly and our room was a little roomier then many standard rooms with the open floor concept diner, sitting room and bedroom. The pool is small with no hottub, yet the exercise room appeared state-of-the-art. By the way, their continental breakfast includes fresh oatmeal and the biggest selection of oatmeal toppings I've ever seen! It also includes the standard eggs, sausage, country gravy, bagels and waffles. Would definitely recommend . Off street parking is much appreciated.Nearby activities: Mill museum is close by made for an interesting tour.Walkability: We were able to walk straight to our concert at the US Stadium! During warmer weather this would be the perfect location for walking to the ruins, waterfall and nice big green spaces. Many bike/walk trails.”

“This hotel was excellent! We stayed here to watch a Timberwolves game and the skywalk to the target center made the visit so much easier! We never had to go out into the cold which was a bonus! Our view was great and the room was clean and beautiful! The beds were super comfy, I don't usually like staying at hotels because of the beds being uncomfortable but these were great! The staff were all super friendly and helpful. We used the valet to make things easier I believe it was around $50 for the night. We will definitely look to stay here again next time we visit!”

“Even though the Mall of America is about a 10-15 minute walk away, they offer a shuttle to and from which is great during cold days. You just need to call in advance for the shuttle or book it at the front desk in the lobby and they usually do it every 30 mins up until 10pm I believe (maybe 11pm...I forget). They also offer a shuttle to and from the airport. It's really nice and saves you on Uber and Lyft prices. The hotel was nice. The staff was very friendly. It is close to the airport so if you are a sensitive sleeper, just know you'll hear airplanes up until about 10pm. I'm a sensitive sleeper but it didn't bother me too much. Ear plugs helped me though. The AC worked fine. It was cold outside so I didn't need to rely on the air conditioner too much but it did what it had to do. Not the highest blowing A/C or furthest reaching but again, this is Minnesota, if you're traveling in the Fall or Winter then you don't need to rely on the AC that much. WiFi worked well. No microwave in the room but there is one in the hotel lobby. Hotel lobby is actually very nice by the way. Mini fridge is in the room and spacious. Walls in the room are a bit thin so hope you don't have loud neighbors. There's no furniture in the room besides the bed and a table and chair. Very minimalistic but I didn't mind. All floor, no carpet. Bathroom provides liquid soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. Complimentary breakfast offered and was actually pretty good. Nice gym. I'd say, the hotel overall is a 4 to me for its value but I'll give it a 5 for the great staff and very helpful shuttle service. It's about 20 minutes from US Bank Stadium if you're traveling for a Vikings game or event. Plenty of food and convenience areas around.Walkability: Close to Mall of America”

“We were excited for a switch up in our routine but the concierge wasn’t very thrilled about being there. Made me feel weird. Also, our room had janky air conditioning that kept waking me up, a clogged drain so we were stepping in our dirty water the whole time while showering, not enough full bath towels and a subpar breakfast.Keys were also super fidgety. Two good things about our stay: Lucky 13’s & comfy bed.Definitely will spend my money somewhere else in the future.Noteworthy details: Attention to detail was definitely lacking!”

“This hotel is just beautiful and comforting. All of the staff--front desk, valet parking, and restaurant were all super friendly and helpful. The room was large and very clean and also had lots of extra comforts. The lobby fireplace was nice, and the hot chocolate and s'mores bar every evening added a nice touch! Definitely recommend this hotel!”
