Front desk people need to be trained. Found them short and dismissive.Rooms: Hvac system is loud and makes it difficult to sleep. The hotel is aware of this. When you mention it to them they act like they are hearing the complaint for the first time.

Showers could use bars, but the room was spacious and clean. I could stay in bed all day. The bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel was very secure.Walkability: Food within walking distance. Light rail is also very close.

Beautiful, very stylish modern hotel. Scandinavian design. It has many desirable amenities & is exceptionally sleek & clean. Everything looks brand new. The staff has been welcoming and extremely helpful to us. Rooms are surprisingly large; our has a full kitchen. Very contemporary, secure, & peaceful inside. Our new favorite!
