“This is much like the old fashioned hardware store. The aisles are much closer together than a big box store. They are packing a huge amount of products and services into a smaller area. Their employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. The part I like best is that I can walk into the store with a bolt or screw and I can get help finding the exact match. Then I can just buy as many as I need, rather than a whole box.”

“Bought a laundry tub faucet online and tried to install it, but it did not fit the copper water lines which fit my current one. Tried to return it, but it was past the 90 day return period. Lowes refused to take a brand new item back as it was past the 90 days. No offer of store credit. All they would have had to do was give me store credit which would retain me as a customer and put the item back on the shelf. Given their refusal, I will never shop at Lowes again. Never believed it would not fit and should have known about the 90 return period, but stores who really want your business will do things to keep you as a customer. Not Lowes. Again, will never go back!!
Lowes responded, as you can see, and I called their customer service number. They changed the return time frame on this one item to one year. I went into Lowes and told them I tried to return the faucet and was told I could not. I showed them the review and that customer service changed the timeframe from 3 months to one year. They took my item back! I told them that they saved a customer and that I will be back to their store in the future. I will just be very careful about their return policy timeframe. Thank you Lowes for the your understanding and one time change on your return policy! The star rating went from 1 to 5.”
“I echo a lot of what the other reviews would say. This is a nicely kept store with good management. They are friendly to people and have good sales. I appreciate the appliance deals they have as we are moving soon and got a deal on a new washer dryer combo. Coming back soon to get some new gardening equipment for the summer!”

“Honestly it's still probably best all around hardware store. It's laid out well and the staff is well trained and the prices are good. You probably won't find the highest end stuff there but if you know what you need you can probably get it relatively quickly and easily there.”
“Highly recommend you stop! I heard from my friend that the sandwiches are good. She wasn't wrong. The chicken bacon ranch was delicious! It was nice sized with a good handfull of kettle chips. Try the blackberry carmel smoothie, you will want another one! It has the perfect amount of sweet and sour. Thank you for the great lunch!”
“I had a really good experience walked in just window shopping looking at tool carts to maximize storage in my garage etc Derek came by helped give me some info on products and inventory ended up finding a good deal on a kobalt it was priced at $199 but they had none in stock with an approval of a manager they were able to sell me the floor model which was awesome bc I didn’t have to assemble it or anything just roll and go. I got to the checkout and scanned the barcode it went to $249 the same manager came over and said the price was mis matched and he said they will honor the $199. I paid for it when I went to load it a cart guy Keith was helpful in helping me load it into my SUV I definitely recommend shopping at this location”

“We had a great experience with the Home Depot flooring department! We layed carpet in our entire house. The guy came out and measured, talked to me about his recommendations, and was on his way again. I decided to go in to pay instead of online (pay before the installation) so nothing got miscommunicated. You can do either option. The 3rd party installation guys were prompt and professional. I didnt even know Home Dept did carpeting until someone referred them to me. Word of mouth is powerful, so now its my turn. Home Depot is a quick, easy and affordable place to get carpet installed!”
