“I went in looking for drawer slides. The knew exactly what I was looking for after I described them to him. They also had a new tool that would work for the cabinet doors I was making. Making flat slabs from multiple pieces of wood. Had no idea such a tool existed, and would've been helpful for my cutting boards.”

“Had a warranty issue with a log splitter .They fixed it and said it was poor assembly of the pump housing. They still charged $60 for there mistake. So much for a 5 year warranty probably wont use there store for any future purchases . Its not the money its the principal of another us company screwing the Customer. The Manager contacted me made things right poor training with the check out.”
