“My Range Rover fob went through the wash. I took it in to Batteries Plus on the outside chance that it messed up the battery but I was not optimistic. Associate took it apart, cleaned it up with some contact cleaner and compressed air, put it all back together and bingo, I had functioning fob. They also take back batteries, and on a previous visit the associate helped me carry in a couple car batteries I was recycling. Great service!”
“Today was a really treat in customer service, kindness and common cents that is no longer common. I came in wanting to buy wiper blades. There were a few people in front of me no big deal. The line moved fast while still offering customers free installation of the wiper blades they purchased. More impressive in today’s world is that when the phone rang and it did frequently Cedric answered let them know he was helping the people in front of him and with be with them shortly. Which I so appreciated! With knowledge, kindness and efficiency Cedric got the blades I came in for and promptly installed them and disposed of the old one. Thank you! And well done.”

Not only did he assist me with purchasing a replacement, but he also went above and beyond by offering to install it himself. “I went in with no trailer knowledge on what to do when the lights on my trailer went out. Steve was patient as we walked through whether it was trailer or car. Explained every step and options clearly. He even helped me locate my weird fuse box location and figured out how to open it. Very knowledgeable and great at explaining.”

“Went in here for a battery and windshield replacement and Vinny/his pals were very friendly. Even though it was snowing, he and the crew helped out and went the extra mile.
I will say though that depending on the person you’re talking to it can affect your experience. The first person I asked told me he couldn’t replace my battery today but only my wiper, while the other tall gentleman and Vinny were very helpful and replaced my battery. I don’t blame him since it was snowing but very commendable from the other two.”
“The customer service here is great and the staffs are super knowledgeable and helpful. I was outside trying to figure out how to install my wiper blades and couldn't for the longest. One of the staffs was outside during his break and saw that I needed help and came to help me immediately. He installed both of my wiper blades.
Definitely good people here that are happy to help.”

“The Eagan store was amazing- they helped me with my battery and were super helpful with all my car questions. I did end up having car issues a few months later with my battery (not because of them) and they were super helpful in checking and switching it out for me. “I went into the store today to purchase some antifreeze. The gentleman that helped me was Dwight and I must say it was a very delightful experience! We got to talking and it ends up we have some mutual friends and it shows you what a small world it is. He also helped me put the antifreeze in my car for which he didn't have to do. I highly recommend shopping at this store. Everybody working in the store were there were very respectful, friendly, and also very knowledgeable! When I'm traveling anywhere in the country I usually pick O'Reilly for this particular reason. I'm never disappointed when shopping at O'Reilly Auto Parts. Tell him ? sent you!”
