“I have yet to not have a person at the Grand and Lexington store not be anything other than so pleasant, warm, friendly, helpful, patient, and professional. I love walking into the store simply they have a nice person or three people greet me so nicely.”
“The store is well staffed and super efficient. It is our “go to” UPS location. The only complaint I have is that is a little dark gives a dated feel and is crowded. But its not enough to stop id from going.”

Went to the store and talked to Jules and she helped get it prioritized, her and the team here saved my day! They got my order of almost 3,000 copies printed in just a few hours. I also had two items to ship that they helped me out with. I have used this location for printing, holding deliveries, and shipping and they have always been so friendly, helpful, and efficient!”
“Picked up a package from Amazon.I can't have Amazon deliver to my apartment building ?Either some of the drivers don't follow the clear directions or packages get stolen by other tenants in my building.I like that it is also close to my place.”

“I don't find him to be angry, he's not cheerful or anything, I think he is pretty cool, he held onto my package longer than the post office normally allows because he knows that I'm a long haul truck driver and it's difficult for me to get to my PO box often, the other people who left the reviews are just soft, they need to be comforted just to get their mail, it's just business don't get so personal”

“Elway post office is the main post office we use. The desk staff is great and genuinely wants to help- they're really patient with me (I'm a headache with all my questions haha). If you want the cheaper way, faster way, have no clue of what way, explanation of international shipping, whatever- they'll help.
This is a fairly busy location so you might bump into a long line. Sometimes it moves quickly, sometimes very slow. Be prepared to wait if you're in line- it's because they're giving the proper patient attention to each customer and they'll give you the same!

There are PO boxes available in the lobby (separate area from the desk area)- the hours are the same as the desk area (closed on Sunday).
I've never felt unsafe and accessibility is good with a lowered counter available for wheelchairs though most of the counters are too high for my wheelchair. They do need more lowered counter space for wheelchair accessibility.”
“I normally am just in to quick drop off pre-paid packages, but the service is always nice. Do post offices ever have perfect, outstanding customer service? No. But this location has always gotten the job done without any rudeness.”

“I have gone to this post office twice when I have had trouble with missing packages. I have always been greeted so warmly and had my issues resolved quickly. John at the counter looked for my missing package until he found it and educated me on why it had been held (weather-related issues) - all with a very cheerful attitude. When I need help with the postal service, I will go here first!”

“I needed to send a very old Christmas decorative item from Minnesota to Seattle. I was afraid it wouldn't survive the trip.
FEDEX is close to my apartment so I went there. They packaged my item. I was so worried about it arriving intact in Seattle at my daughter's house. They packed it carefully for me and assisted with insuring it. It arrived safely and in good shape. It still plays the Christmes songs it's played for my family for so very many years.
I have another package for Seattle. I'm taking it to Fedex because they treated my package well.
They were friendly and professional, reassuring me that my package was as important to them as it was to me.
Thanks West Saint Paul Fedex. You're now my go to package shipper ?”
