“Wonderful addition to Shakopee. If you are looking for combination of products like target and cub with lot of options to choose on most products you select.
Restaurant - there are varieties of Asian, Italian, Sushi and Fried chicken varieties you can buy and have at in store restaurant, it seems they serve 6 AM to 2 PM
Meats - wide varieties of meats that you can cut for your choice
Bakery - they have a bagel station at the back of the store which I don’t see on any grocery store. They have large selection of bakery items like cake, pastries, donuts
Starbucks - there is in house Starbucks outlet u can try
Overall a must visit if u r looking for groceries, quick eats, meats and other snacks.”
“Great selections! I often go there for quick prepared entrees that I can supplement with a salad, vegetable, or dessert for a complete meal. Was a real time-saver during periods when I need to work late and couldn't get a full meal prepared for dinner.
The Asian-themed menu is freshly made - I prefer the quality over the foods prepared by the local Chinese restaurant!”

“I've noticed many other grocery stores prices have been going up dramatically. Coborn's has stayed pretty level which has made them one of the lower priced grocery stores. Their meat department is great as well.”
“My husband and I stopped in for takeout lunch and we were not disappointed. The service was great, he offered falafel to try and explained the menu. We each ordered a gyro meal which came with fries and a pop... so good and filling. We also ordered falafel and sambusa wich was amazing. We will definitely return and try other items on the menu.”

“Best tacos in the area! They are incredibly friendly and wonderful. Once you order tacos they have a topping bar with onion, cilantro, and lime. They also offer the best hot sauce for the tacos. Both red and green are fabulous! There isn't a lot of seating, but that's ok. It is also a grocery store if you have other needs. Go there now!”

“I can see by other reviews that some folks just love to gripe. *rolls eyes* This business is meant for convenience, not getting items as cheap as possible.
I would like to give a 5 star rating and review to this location because each time I’ve shopped here, every employee has been very friendly and helpful. The store is clean. There’s always carts or baskets available. And the wide selection of what they carry saves me from having to travel 25+ mins (one way) to the closest Target or Wal Mart on many occasions. Another huge shout out for the employees, thank you for all you do!!”

“I'm glad I waited to write my review on this location until now. Had I done it more around the time I first started visiting [last Summer], my review would have been much different. I actually stopped coming to this location for several months and this is only my second trip since I've returned to shopping here. The Management/Associates seemed to have changed/improved...by leaps and bounds, in the last several months. The store is coming together in terms of tidiness and organization. It was a hot mess before. The employees are much less offensive than the previous group and common items I'm looking for are back to being in stock. Dollar General will always suck me in for those incredible one buck deals. The great thing about Shakopee is: it has TWO locations and they are nearish each other. I purposely plan 'Dollar General Days' just to come shop around the town. It's good this store is improving so I can enjoy shopping here again. There is a chemical health treatment facility that shares the same parking lot as the strip mall this store is in. It's not a big deal but, can be...interesting...when several of them come in at once, as happened to me today. Ha. The shopping area has lots of free parking and is located on the very outskirts of town. I expect to be back in a few weeks. ;)”
“I went there to get balloons for a birthday party, it was last minute. There was one employee in the store. She was very helpful and understood the urgency to help. She helped with the balloons quickly and I was on my way. Great sense of urgency and friendly. Thank you!”
