“This is the biggest grocery store I have ever seen. It is absolutely huge. I can't imagine that there are many stores that can compete with the shear number of options of products. It is, honestly, a little overwhelming when you start shopping. I imagine you get used to it as you shop there, but as an out of towner making one stop, it's a lot... Apparently they only take Discover credit cards (but do take debit cards of all types, so it wasn't an issue for us) but that just seems a bit weird.”
“Best grocery store on the planet. The variety is just amazing, especially if you're looking for ethnic foods, produce and soups. I would go to Woodmans every week if there was one closer by, but once a month isn't bad as it allows me to stock up on everything I need.”

“It's clean, well stocked. Just like anywhere else you need to shop prices, their store brand items are the best deal and most are actually very close to name brand (my daughter prefers the Aldi's turtles to name brand Goldfish) I didn't speak to or see any employees (I used self checkout, and it's one of the easiest self checkout I've ever used) so I can't speak to customer service. But the cleanliness, and organization of the store speaks to their work ethic, all positives.”
“Placed and order for my daughter's birthday cupcakes. Easy to order online, good price point, and fun frosting options. Only feed back would be maybe offer a choice of designs and colors for the birthday cupcakes.”
“Customer service here is out of this world!! They had an issue with their machine and I couldn't get a receipt I needed for work. The employee said she would send it to me as soon as she was able to get it, and she was on top of it!! Thank you to the cashier!”
“Driving to Rushmore, Google picked the address... took a detour and found the place. typical stuff, BUT produce is fresh!
Priya offered to make Bhelpuri, and it was delicious! Priya knows her spices very well. Worth the detour and stop.”
“Bakery employee took xtra time to help me with baking powder biscuits! Went to freezer! All done with smiling face! This is what keeps me coming back to Festival!”
“The freshness makes a difference in quality, taste and longevity it will last. Some other stores fresh products are already on their last leg (so to speak) when leaving the store.”
“I love this store.Employees are so helpful & always willing to help.I do like the fact they sell half loaves of bread I only wish they would sell eggs by the 1/2 dozen. Some people don't need all that before it spoils & then it goes to waste.Especially with today's prices.”

“Always clean and organized. Big enough to carry the majority of products I am looking for without being so big that you can't make a quick stop for something.”
“Kind of disappointed in how few We Bag lines there are. Let's face it, Festival isn't the cheapest...but you go there for service. Bagging my own isn't a good service in my book. Update 12/23...pricing is a bit more competitive..however, I still dislike checking myself out...even if I have to bag it.”
“Came here after doing our overnight at work and stopped in to get some food before heading home. An employee was stocking up some breakfast sandwiches and even offered to make us some food if there was something we didn't see that we wanted. We did end up requesting a couple items and he made them for us. Dan was his name (big shout out to him) and he gave us incredible guest service and was super kind the entire time we were there :) he definitely deserves the recognition”
“Absolutely the best ever. Prives are perfect and the owners are the best ever. They treat everyone with respect and like you are family. Please give them business so they never ever close. This store is an asset to Lacrosse and you can get food here that you can't find anywhere else.”
“The store is small but it has quite a few good stuff. The elderly woman was rather lovely. I don’t mind little to no words exchanged (I personally prefer that). Quick and peaceful checkout. I bowed my head in respect and left. A typical experience.”
“Terri in customer service was extremely helpful she helped me with a cash back options that would not work at the register but she took care of it for me in customer service thank you Terri”
“The store is very clean they do enough updating to keep it looking good. I like the layout of the store and they always have a very good variety. Even clerks are very helpful”
“Quillins had a major renovation since the last time I was there a few years ago. It looks amazing. I stopped in for a scattering of items. I found everything I was looking for. The prices are a little high compared to other grocery stores. However, if you don't have time to drive to La Crosse, there isn't a better place to go.The parking lot is small but there is on street parking if the lot is full.”
