“As others have noted, Festival's prices tend to be on the high end. Still, I come to this location frequently, and I try to buy the items that are on sale. The best aspects of this store are the cleanliness and the staff. The customer service is the best of any grocery store in the area. The staff does an excellent job of keeping the store organized and ensuring items are easy to find.”

“Just came back from Festival. They have great fresh veggies, solid organic produce, and an outstanding meat department. You won't go wrong getting ingredients for your meals here. Also, they have real human cashiers and people who bag your groceries. They are also open late! Great service, this is the only place we go now.”

“Kind of disappointed in how few We Bag lines there are. Let's face it, Festival isn't the cheapest...but you go there for service. Bagging my own isn't a good service in my book. Update 12/23...pricing is a bit more competitive..however, I still dislike checking myself out...even if I have to bag it.”

Perhaps it was the manager who noticed and asked what I needed. When I mentioned they seemed to be out of the product, he quickly said they could slice some fresh! Instead of ignoring me, this young gentleman went out of his way to help. The person slicing the meat was (and has been) always so kind and helpful. The store itself is lovely. Once you learn the lay out you can enjoy a beverage from the many food/drink options while shopping. It's a very easy store to get use too! Lighting is great and the aisles are large enough to maneuver. Also often they have excellent deals on roses!”

Perhaps it was the manager who noticed and asked what I needed. When I mentioned they seemed to be out of the product, he quickly said they could slice some fresh! Instead of ignoring me, this young gentleman went out of his way to help. The person slicing the meat was (and has been) always so kind and helpful. The store itself is lovely. “I'm giving this location 4 stars for several reasons: The cosmetics section isn't on lockdown like it is where I'm from. Where I'm at, even the common body sprays are locked up and you can never find anyone to unlock the case. No problem at this location. The gluten free section at this store isn't super, but they have one and it's easy to find. They also have a decent selection of non-dairy frozen treats. And finally, it's clean and the staff I encountered were friendly. Anyone complaining about this location ought to experience the ones out west in AZ and NV.”

“I had a very urgent need for car fob batteries, and they were closing in 10 minutes. I was expecting the staff to kind of try to usher me out, but a total of THREE staff members helped me to find what I needed and they gave me a tool to open the batteries so I could replace the old one. I wish I knew their names so I could give them credit. But everyone I met at the store tonight, 1/30/24, was super helpful and went above and beyond. This is one of the best walmart experiences I've had in a while.”

“My favorite Hmong food in town. Such a gem!! I try to go as often as I can, I’m very lucky I live close! Best pho in town, everything is great but finding a wonderful pho at a great price is always nice. They have specials sometimes too and every one I’ve tried I still think about lol.”
