“Was coming to UW River Falls to move my daughter out of the dorms. On my way I had a tire issue, where the tire would go flat slowly. I called them to see if they could help me they were concerned about my safety and recommended I find a place closer to where i was, at that time. But I continued on my way. After moving out my daughter we headed to RF Tires and showed the tire. They said to give them a couple hours. We walked to the nearest Culver's and they called to say the tire can't be repaired due to the plastic piece was found in the tire. They sold me a used tire so I could make it home. Less than $45 I was on my way. Great service and I truly felt that they care about their customers”

“Just stopped in for a tire rotation and balancing. Brandon helped me and got me in and out super quick. Also, they identified that one of my rims was bent (I damaged it prior to coming in) and they were able to bend it back for me which was very much appreciated being that I didnt want to purchase a new rim unless I absolutely had to. He also went over some options in case it did cause problems down the road. Really appreciate these guys going the extra mile; I will be back for sure!”
