“Dr. Sherri and staff are so wonderful! Our dog developed anemia for which was no cure, but they were so helpful and kind. They're willing to talk on the phone (unlike most vets I've encountered) if we had questions.”

“After leaving my favorite vet due to moving up to Blaine, I was nervous as to what options I'd have up here in the North metro. AVC was so easy to schedule with, I love the PetDesk app! I got both my pups in together within a couple weeks. Dr Reed-Harris was exceptional with my dogs and got them all up to date on what was needed. My old lady beagle is 14 this year, and she suggested different paths to help navigate her aging body. They also have monthly wellness plans to help balance out costs and cover regular checkups. Happy to have found Advanced Veterinary Care and I am so glad my dogs are in good hands.”
“Staff at Ark Pet Hospital are the best! We’ve had puppy exams/shots for a liter, follow-ups and urgent appointments with out Great Danes, even THE BEST care for a few of our Chinese dwarf & Russian White hamsters when needed.
I highly recommend you bring your animals here for excellent Vet Care & TLC. We dropped Banfield and switched all of our animals to Ark Pet Hospital.”

“We have been going to Kelley, specifically seeing Dr. Debbie Thornquist for over a couple decades and 7 of our fur babies. Debbie has been the most thorough and thoughtful not only for a wonderful veterinarian, but also for the compassion she has shown through a couple devastating losses is unparalleled. “This place is THE BEST. They explain everything so clearly and answer all your questions. My cat had to come in suddenly for something kind of serious so they worked around appointments to see him. Dr H. and Dr N. both were SO NICE AND GENUINE. I was getting emotional worried about my cat and one of the reception lady gave me a room alone to contain myself. The vet techs explained what was happening as well. Never experienced such kind and genuine staff. They genuinely care and help your pet in every way they can.”

“I started coming to Mounds View because a friend of mine was a tech there and I knew the love of my life Mr. Peepers would be in good hands. While my friend no longer works there, the care my pets have received at this clinic has been nothing short of amazing! So far, my cats have seen Dr. Olsson and Dr. Femrite and both of these women are gems of humanity! Dr. Olsson helped me pull my cat/BFF Mr. Peepers from the brink of death when he had pancreatitis and a skin infection and Dr. Femrite went above and beyond to rescue my sweet saint of a calico Adeana after I had a bad experience at another vet. The whole staff is so great when I come in and I’m so grateful for all they have done for me and my critters!”
“I got a dog from the shelter at the end of March. He suffers from severe separation anxiety. I called for an appointment and they made space in their schedule to get me in. I was really appreciative. I have had to go back a few more times for various reasons and have always had a wonderful experience. I am also really impressed that after every visit they call the next day to see how my dog is doing. Highly recommend!”
“So glad I Decided to bring my cat here, she had been having appetite problems and they found the issue so quickly! The staff are super nice and you can tell they all cared for pets in need, cuddling my cat when they brought her back. She ended up having a dental with some teeth extracted and the surgery went super well with the Vet calling me to update and the staff being extremely informative about her after care. She even ended up having a small accident before coming home with me and they cleaned her right up, I'm so grateful! I really love the fact that they have separate sides for cats and dogs for comfort, super clean office and fair prices. Glad to have a veterinary office I know I can rely on!”

“My dog and I had our first appointment here today and I can say, with no hesitation, that they are one of the finest clinics I have ever used. The vet and technicians were timely, respectful, and invested. I felt heard, validated, and like my dog's wellbeing was their top priority. My appointment was the last of the day. It would have been easy for them to push me through quickly so they could end their day. Instead they answered every question I had and explained everything to me in easy to understand terms. They didn't pressure me to make quick decisions and instead gave me information so I could choose what was best for my dog's lifestyle. After only one appointment, they have gained my loyalty and respect. If you are on the fence about which vet to choose, please highly consider this one. The prices are fair and the people are phenomenal. I grew up on a farm, have had animals my whole life, and have interacted with countless vets. Through all of that, this was one of my best experiences yet. I am thrilled to have found a partner I trust to care for my dog.”

“I've been bringing my dog to Blaine Central Veterinarians for several years after transferring from another clinic. Staff are always friendly, compassionate, and patient. They take time to listen to my concerns and answer the many questions I sometimes have, whether it's for my pet's surgery, medical issue, or regular checkup. They also inform me of the cost of services before moving forward with tests, x-rays, etc.
They always follow up with a telephone call a couple of days after our visits to see how my dog is doing/improving.
I also love how they have pets who visit their clinic in a rotating photo sideshow on their computer screens. What a fun idea!
My only negative comment is regarding their pet perks program where the cost of your visits earn points towards discounts on future services. It's not very good, though, and actually quite disappointing. I know they dont have to offer amything, but since they do, for what I've spent since the program started, I should have at least earned a free check-up.or two! They really should consider improving this program.”
“Loved the staff at Arden Shoreview! My dog was badly bitten by another dog and after calling 6 different places with no openings I called Arden and they were able to see my dog the same day and gave up their lunch break to give him the care he needed. I'm very grateful to all the staff! I brought my mom with me and she has been telling all her friends how great this place is.”
“Dr Haase at Birch Lake treated our first family pet for 15 years until she passed away last year. We have a wonderful foster fail of a dog as a new member of our family and we have continued our relationship with Dr Haase as our primary caregiver. She’s so caring and recommended needed services while going over price points. The vet tech Bailey was so kind and remembered our previous fur baby . The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. Birch Lake will always be our choice for pet care.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Otter Lake Animal Care Center! My dog recently had BOAS surgery and experienced some complications afterward. Dr. Scanlan and the entire team were absolutely amazing—they even stayed with him the night of the operation to ensure he was okay and provided me with regular updates. Their kindness, dedication, and genuine care have meant so much to me during a very stressful time. “My super anxious dog (3.5 yr old mini Schnauzer) did great getting his annual exam and vaccine. Dr. Abby and staff did an amazing job! With a previous vet my dog needed to be sedated, but Dr. Abby knows her stuff! She made adjustments and distracted him with treats while giving vaccines and the exam. Thanks, Dr. Abby and team!”
“This is the best animal hospital I've ever worked with, and there have been several others. But Suburban blows me away with their compassionate care, even the people answering the phones are sweet & kind. When my mother-in-law had a kitty ready for euthanasia, she asked me if l had any suggestions & l sent her here of course. They were able to connect her to a service for in home euthanasia, that same day.
They have made handling my cat's increasing health conditions easy for me to manage and gave me different options based on cost, what l could afford, and what was best for my baby. My Dr there even gave me her personal phone number to text her questions when his conditions had increased.
When he passed away, the whole staff sent us a beautiful card, and my vet sent a beautiful glass tree of remembrance. They go above and beyond what all my past vets services offered.
I'll be returning when my heart is ready for our next cat. If you care deeply about your pet, go to Suburban, you'll be so glad you did. That much l can guarantee. They are simply the best in the business!!”
