“I've been here several times, never had any issues.Good attitude from security and employees. There's a little bit of overnight parking outside the gate.If you're lucky enough to get there before someone else lol. They've always seemed to be fast and efficient. Even when things get hectic”

“I love this store. The staff are knowledgeable, the selection is great and the store is clean. It’s Rockler so of course prices will be a bit higher compared to a mill, and they may try to sell additional things at the counter upon checkout but that’s the nature of retail. Highly recommend at least checking the store out.”

“A truly amazing decking supply retailer. Dale took the time to fully understand my front porch stair railing project and helped me understand exactly what I needed to get the job done the right way. Specifically, I thought I needed to buy an entirely different railing system when in fact all I needed were the swivel brackets to accommodate the uncommon low pitch (degree) angle of my front steps. Pro Deck Supply lost a few bucks as a result of Dale's honesty -- he could have simply allowed my order for unnecessary stuff go through. Instead he made me aware of a better and less costly solution, but he guaranteed our return business when we replace our back stoop with an elaborate deck. The Golden Rule. Today's ray of hope. “I've been in here a few time & have always had a good experience. I recently discovered that they carry bulk packs of Toggler Snap-Toggle anchors. These are my go-to for any kind of heavy duty wall anchoring. The big box stores & even many of the hometown hardware stores have dropped Toggler for the Hillman brand knock offs because their profit margins are better. The Hillman product is absolutely inferior, and a pain to use. I won't use them.
This store clearly cares about serving it's customers well!

“Great neighborhood store. Very good selection of quality brands and products. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff always ready to assist. Well organized store- easy to find what you’re looking for, and things you weren’t looking for! Fun place to browse. I’ve purchased light bulbs, batteries, garbage and leaf bags, plants, grass seed, shovels, garden hose, lawn mower, snow blower, dehumidifier, paint, soap….just to name a few.”

Well ..the other day that is exactly what I did. I needed screws for my bird feeder and had no idea what to get and Mike came to my aid.
His kindness and professionalism along with his knowledge went a long way. You would have thought I was spending hundreds instead of the 5.00 for 6 screws. I definitely will think of them the next time I'm in need(or just to go and snoop when I have time it looks like they some fun things)

“I have been going to this location for help for years. I have gone looking for help on some of the hardest things to find and have not been let down by these helpful people. Today I needed a belt for a gravely lawn mower, and the gentlemen who helped me told me he probably would not have the belt i needed because they are proprietary. Low and behold 20 minutes later he found the length and went to the wall of belts and gave me what I needed to fix the mower. I highly recommend checking with them for parts before going online to find something and waiting two or more days to get it delivered.”

It was the end of her workday [if her day ended at 4:30, she stayed until 5:00 to help me] and she was SO pleasant, willing to go the extra, EXTRA mile to help me in my time-crunch & problem-solving at every moment. “Frat’s is where I go most of the time for hardware. It reminds me of the places I went as a kid and the staff are usually pretty knowledgeable. Despite other reviews, I find the pricing to be fair most of the time or in par with big box. Yes, found some things way overpriced, but have also bought things like Webber bbq tools way under priced! No different at big box if you are paying attention. I go here also because my understanding is they help out the community and the same school one of my kids go to. If it is the same Frattelone family, I owe ‘em. Glad to see they are finally working on a ecommerce store, which I will use for sure. Support local businesses people, big box doesn’t really help our community other than some jobs.”
