“I got a warranty repair done here to replace my Pixel Pro 7's screen due to some dead pixels. Since warranty repairs from Google require a genuine part, they had to order the new screen. I was able to come back within a week and the folks here had it repaired in about an hour. They also installed my screen protector for free. The staff were professional and polite. I'd come here again if my phone needed another repair!”

“So I went to this Cricket to start service and to port over my numbers but they ran out of physical sim cards so they hooked me up with a free Bluetooth speaker (the speaker was attached with a sim card) as a workaround which costed them money. They did above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that everything worked. I only paid the normal setup price. I normally don’t do reviews but I had to say something about this. Satisfied.”
“Visited here for the first time and had a great experience! Jose was incredibly informative and patient with us. He went above and beyond by engaging with my dad, who struggles with English. Jose even labeled each family member's phone to help my dad easily distinguish and hand them out to the right person. Such a thoughtful and kind gesture!”

“We've been T-Mobile customers since 2007. We were talked into xfinity mobile for a few months. Big mistake it was terrible. We switched back to T-Mobile and got some great deals on new phones. There was a few hiccups in the billing, and corprate cusomer service was unable to sort it out. But after contacting the Lino Lakes store, Lexi was super helpful and quick to get things set right. Thank you, we will be sure to come into the store with any other needs.”
