“Stopped by to get cross country skis for myself and my son. I'm what you might call an advanced beginner and he's just getting started, so I don't know anything about choosing skis. The store associates and manager were so knowledgeable and helpful. One sales associate in particular spent a ton of time finding just the right skis, boots and poles for each of us--he was super friendly, professional and went the extra mile. We will definitely be back to this location for future sporting goods needs! Now all we need is a snowy winter. ?”
“I’ve always loved Patagonia, but today my experience took that appreciation to a whole new level.
I brought my 15-year-old Patagonia messenger bag to the store to ask about repairing the worn, scratched-off reflective strips. The staff let me know that this particular part couldn’t be repaired—but then they did something truly remarkable: they offered to trade in my old bag for a brand-new one at no cost. I walked out with a replacement that was equivalent in value and quality, completely free.
This level of customer service not only impressed me—it reaffirmed our confidence in Patagonia as a brand. Just two weeks ago, my wife and I spent about $1,000 on Jackson Glacier parkas, and we weren’t entirely sure whether we had made the best decision for our budget. After today, we feel completely reassured. We know we’ll be able to enjoy our parkas for many years without worrying about unexpected issues.
Patagonia has earned our trust all over again. Outstanding products backed by outstanding service.”
“Went in to grab some pads and a mouthguard for my youngest son. Some things got a little bit messed up on the computer with payment , shit happens and yet the service from Jonah that we got during it was incredible. Jonah, was able to get everything fixed.

“Again. Amazed and impressed on how the fitting process dials in the "right" club. Mark O at the Minneapolis 2nd Swing location was smooth, knowledgeable and literally took me through four or five separate upgraded driver options for me to compare to my Taylor Made R1 that has been treating me well. Once down the "the" club, a Ping G425, Mark then tweaked my R1 to better match my swing with five balls each per club. Night and day difference, the Ping G425 wins. Actually was heading straight to the course for a round with the new driver. Happy place. The value in having someone dial in what you are looking for from the thousands, literally, thousands of choices available at these stores and online is priceless. Thanks again Mark and Andrew.”
“Discovered Blue Ribbon while searching Google for places that do propane refills (not exchanges). Great service. Super friendly. And WAY more propane via refill versus paying more and getting less propane via an exchange at the gas station. Worth the extra couple of miles to get more product for less money AND super friendly service.”

She had just arrived and unlocked the door and took care of us right away even though she hadn’t set up yet.She was very knowledgeable and helpful since we knew little.Pickup - Raquel was ready as promised. “We couldn't go and buy tickets for the baseball game because we had paid for the college reunion events. So instead we looked around in their store and bought other things to take home. I bought a keychain wooden bat, a stress reliever pink squishy pig toy, and a blue T-shirt with their logo. My older sister bought a magnet for the fridge, a mug shaped like the state of Minnesota, and a Black T-shirt with the Baseball Team logo on it. And we chatted with the 2 sales clerks. I took a picture of this large Pirate Ship which was in the baseball yard. When there is a home run fireworks are shot out from this area. It is a nice Baseball store to visit while in St.Paul, MN.We came here after visiting the St. Paul Farmer's Market which is steps away. It was a fun, hot day minus that horrible rainstorm that showed up at 2:00 P.M.”
“Me and my wife were hunting for Macy's specifically, when we were in the MN downtown and decided to drive to here for its proximity. I must admit that this was one of the biggest Macy's stores that I've been to; the other two being the one at Ridgedale and the one that was in MN downtown which got closed.Finding this place on map wasn't a big deal and the parking place was quite spacious. We stopped here for a quick shopping as I had a malfunction with my cloth that I couldn't continue using it and we had a birthday party to attend to.The shop was wide open with choices of dresses in various sections and I quickly found what I needed, bought it, wore it and got me scanned on the POS counter.I rate this place 4 star for the abundant variety of dresses that they have and the hassle free checkout experience they create for their customers. I rate this place one star less for the typical pricey price of Macy's and the not-so-clean dress change rooms that they have. They could have someone have the change rooms regularly checked and cleaned up.”

“Walked in knowing what I wanted (twins jersey) employee greeted me and made the purchase quick and easy without hassle. I was in and out within 5 min. They have any MN Gopher’s related product (hats/jersey/sweater etc) but are a bit limited with other MN teams but hence the name “GOLDY’S locker room” so nothing I didn’t expect. Great place for mn gopher fans to shop.”
