“Took good care of my car. Quick too. Same day return on a timing belt service and they found and fixed multiple oil leaks. They also honored a warranty repair after an oil leak showed up after the timing service. I’ll be coming back to JM for a tune and other work soon.”
“I want to share my experience. I came here for an oil change, but since I had a new car, the system showed a different model and by mistake the wrong filter was installed. It was late in the evening and everything was done in a hurry. As a result, when I drove to another state, oil started leaking, which turned into a serious problem. It was cold outside, and every 20–25 minutes I had to stop and add more oil until we made it. At another shop they discovered the issue, it was just the wrong filter. They fixed it and the car worked fine again.
When I came back to Minnesota and explained the situation, this shop completely reimbursed me for all the oil I had to buy on the road. I was really impressed by their customer service. Everyone makes mistakes. What matters most is how a company handles them.
Since then I have already done 3 or 4 more oil changes here and everything has been perfect. Special thanks to Ryan. He is someone who stands behind his work, admits mistakes and keeps improving the service. I truly trust this place and gladly give them 5 stars. Thank you for caring about your customers.”
“I took my truck in for a alignment inspection and they could have easily said it needed work and charged me $100 but they said it was completely fine and they even checked out another issue I was having and gave me An estimate that I was expecting to be twice as much”

“I went in and spoke with them and asked for their opinion. I took there advise and ordered from them a motive gear premium ring and pinion 4.88 for a ford 8.8 in a ranger. The gears set up nice and are quiet after break in.”

“First time coming here and overall it was a good experience. The staff were friendly and professional from the start. I paid $26.11 for the Platinum wash plus $7.63 (both with tax) for the rubber mat cleaning. The wash itself did a great job, my car came out very clean, and the team also washed and dried my mats.
I also appreciated that they provide towels, vacuums, and interior cleaner so you can finish up the inside yourself.
My only downside was the tires. They weren’t very clean after the wash and didn’t have any tire shine, even though it’s supposed to be included in the package. I ended up cleaning the wheels myself with the towels, but still missed that finishing touch.
Other than that, I’d definitely come back to this location.”
“I stopped in expecting I’d be forced into buying a whole new set of tires, but these guys took the time to actually help instead of just upselling me. They mounted a tire on a rim for me quickly, professionally, and saved me hundreds — honestly probably close to a thousand dollars.
It’s rare to find a shop that values honesty and customer service this much anymore. The staff was knowledgeable, straightforward, and treated me like they genuinely cared about helping me out instead of making the biggest sale possible.

“I get oil changes here and I got my windshield wipers replaced the other day. At first I had a bad experience because the windshield wipers streaked. I got upset about it because I could barely see out of the window. I came there and we figured out that the plastic you have to take off before use was still on them. I felt bad and the guy even gave me windshield blades for my trouble. I think these people are actually pretty nice so I wanted to write a positive review.”
