“The service manager Nick was amazing to work with. I lost my husband two years ago and I am totally inexperienced working with auto repair shops. Accurate was his go to shop so I went back there. Nick, the service manager was very kind and great to work with. I had a wonderful experience with Victory and would strongly recommend them.”

“On the day I moved out of my home in Maple Grove the trunk of my car would not stay closed. I was to drive to Chicago the next day. I called two shops who could not look at it that day. I spoke with Christian and he said he would look at it, hopefully it would be an easy fix. Turns out the second remote was in the trunk and had something pushing it down! No payment requested, just wishes for safe travels.”

“Nicole at the Maple Grove location is the best. After my car sustained some scratches I stopped by Caliber. She came outside, without promoting insurance to repair it, erased the scratches on my car. What a great employee. Not many people would have gone out their way to help like she did.”

“Ryan and his team have always done a great job and competitively priced with all of my oil changes and tire purchases over the last 10-15 years. I challenged them this last week with what we thought was a bad alternator. After multiple alternators swapped out, they found a tiny cut in 1 little wire causing all of the problems. They were very professional and thorough making sure my Explorer is running properly. Ryan also took the time to show me their findings. They have a prime location where I would expect higher pricing but they do not overprice, they are very priced right and competitive. Highly recommend!”

“I get oil changes here and I got my windshield wipers replaced the other day. At first I had a bad experience because the windshield wipers streaked. I got upset about it because I could barely see out of the window. I came there and we figured out that the plastic you have to take off before use was still on them. I felt bad and the guy even gave me windshield blades for my trouble. I think these people are actually pretty nice so I wanted to write a positive review.”
