They don't take payments by phone anymore. For a tech company this is stupid. They just don't care about customers at all because many of us don't have a choice.

Said I had a 12 month contract. Im moving to a small town in SD and they said I broke the contract and they will bill me 50. They don't have service in this town so even though I don't have a contract they will bill me for it
