Even when I had technical issues porting my numbers from AT&T they went over the top to help me. Then when I had problems with using too much data from my phone as a mobile hotspot they helped with a solution that I didn't expect and was better than I could have hoped for. This team is amazing and I appreciate their excellent customer service!”
“The store was busy & there was a little bit of a wait, but that was fine…plus they were training in a new staff member. Shawna (I think that’s how you spell her name) she did an amazing job,! She was checking people in as they come in through the door, but also assisting customers at the computer as well as training a new staff member, plus assisting other staff members. I gave her two thumbs up and a 12 out of 10 for her work performance. Plus a perfect 10 because she was attractive…Great job!!!”

“I’m so late for this review, but Mafata was magnificent! After dealing with a rep at Crystal I believe his name was Davin I can’t remember I had just bought a 17 Pro Max and the phone was defective! I went back, told him and Davin made the exchange of the phone really complicated. I was fed up with his push back and went to this location. After hearing my story and seeing that the phone was indeed defective herself. Mafata helped me because I was still within the 5 days for the exchange process. She was so polite and helpful. I even told the manager how amazing she was if you ever go there ask for Mafata she’s literally the BEST!”
