That was my most recent experience updating my 7 year old phone with all sorts of problems. I was there last Saturday had done the backup and purchased a new phone. Returned Sunday because there were things that didn't open.
Made an appointment worked with Brett and mostly Cyrus and he resolved the 7 issues I was experiencing with the new phone. Cyrus spent the necessary time to explain why and what he was doing. Both Brett and Cyrus provided valuable information to avoid so the phone remains at best performance and things I should also be aware of.
No better Verizon store and their staff to completely satisfy you. Thank you again Brett and Cyrus.”
“The store was busy & there was a little bit of a wait, but that was fine…plus they were training in a new staff member. Shawna (I think that’s how you spell her name) she did an amazing job,! She was checking people in as they come in through the door, but also assisting customers at the computer as well as training a new staff member, plus assisting other staff members. I gave her two thumbs up and a 12 out of 10 for her work performance. Plus a perfect 10 because she was attractive…Great job!!!”
