“I had the best experience with the cashier that goes by the name of Grace Betzold. I was visiting from out of town and it was wonderful. This is the second time I’ve found myself at this Marshall’s in Minnesota and both times I’ve had grace. She is such a doll and is so good at her job. I commend her for doing such a great job. There was another girl up front with her not doing what she was supposed to be doing while there was a long line. Grace was getting through the line so well I was probably only in line for 5 minutes. The other girl was just standing watching while Grace was doing her absolute best. If anyone deserves a raise it is Grace Betzold. I will definitely be coming back for her. If anyone else want this great experience she told me she’s there every weekend. Everyone deserves to be helped by Grace!”
“It was the day before Christmas Eve so you could imagine there were probably 200 people in that store.The product was every which were, the lines were long, but it didn't take long for me to get just a few items I was after. I was pleased.”

“When I was buying my jewelry at TJ Maxx Barb little cashier was so friendly and patient to show me all jewelry and suggested me which suites for me. Also my daughter was along with me Barb little is advising the clothes better suits on her. She is so genuine, nice and gave us very warm welcome!!!”
“I had Bonnie as my cashier at the checkout. Experience was amazing and refreshing, reminded me why we still have humans do work instead of just having robots (self checkout) do it all. Bonnie was very friendly and kind while also efficiently helping me checkout and use my coupon! Again, amazing experience and thankful for kinda people like Bonnie!”
“Bed, Bath & Beyond is going out of business. I was able to find some reasonable deals but most remaining items were still expensive and there wasn’t much left to purchase. The employees were helpful and check out was quick and easy.”
“Plenty of parking. The store is clean. Alot of the registers are closed. I saw 1 staff person at returns on the ground level, going up the escalator, I saw maybe 4 ...it felt like a ghost store to be honest. It's around 11-12 noon on a Saturday.”
“Visiting Nordstrom's Racks sometimes feel like a treasure hunt. You never know if you're going to find that designer bag or shoes for 80% off or if all you're going to find is the Nordstrom rack brand items. That's what makes it fun!The Rack in Maple Grove is decent sized and well laid out. They tend to have a bit of a smaller selection of the higher end designers that you can find at the Mall of America Nordstrom rack but still a decent variety. They carry women's, men's, children's, shoes, accessories and home goods. Parking is plentiful but the traffic flow is a little tricky directing you right into the first row. That row gets 100% of incoming traffic so I'd recommend parking one or two over. Customer service here is always good. While you are kind of on your own to hunt the racks (if you want a personalized shopping experience head to the actual Nordstrom's) the employees always seem to be in a good mood and helpful when checking out. Dressing rooms are always clean and they have plenty of spaces to try on items. It helps when people return unwanted items to the return racks so do your part and don't leave them in the room. Overall I think visiting this location is fun and I rarely leave empty handed!”

“The Plymouth Target is easily one of the best Targets in the Twin Cities…and that’s saying a lot. They always have everything I need and the store is big enough to accommodate the hordes of people that shop there and, apparently, feel the same.Target is my favorite store! We do everything here. They have everything we need and they know their customer base well. They stand for the right things and their unique and diverse product selection and employees are representative of this.”
“This is a Target so you should probably know what to expect somewhat. This one has the Starbucks inside and the Pizza Hut express. Good selection of items and grocery section is larger than some other stores.This location also has 4 Chargepoint chargers for electric cars and a bunch of Tesla ones. Highly convenient to shop if you own an electric car as you could expect to have your car charged by the time you finish shopping.Never an issue parking but this location can have some traffic issues at busy times because of how some of the roads are laid out. No worse than plenty of other places though.”

The staff inside sephora also above & beyond with calling their own dermatologist to make sure I was getting the correct skin care product with the right indgrediants so i didnt end up combining the wrong indgrediants.I Felt like i was getting the Kardashian Royal treatment, the middle class version of it.Thank you staff!!!-The Queen of Kohls (for about 30 minutes yesterday)”
“I've been here a million times. It's in a prime location, Is kept clean, has a Pizza Hut and Starbucks. The list goes on. This might be the best target in the Twin Cities. The personal pizzas from Pizza Hut are BANGIN.”

“Came here to look for a vacuum cleaner. A woman came over to ask if we needed help or had questions. We did! She was unbelievably helpful and had a GREAT attitude! Her name was Cece. Because of the interaction we had with her, decided to purchase a vacuum. Without her help, we may have left the store with nothing. Bought the vacuum as a gift to my mother. She loves it! I have never been to this Walmart location but will return based on the good experience I had to today. Also…i noticed the store was very clean, organized and well stocked. Thank you Cece…wishing you many great days ahead.”

“What I observed at the Plymouth Target this morning inspired me to write my first yelp review, which is saying a lot. I was up at the front of the store and heard a commotion near the restrooms. Apparently some lady had passed out on the restroom floor, and another shopper brought it to their attention. The younger employees were not quite sure what to do, until the dark haired female manager named Deb came and took over. She was a BOSS! In short order she was in the restroom checking on the customer, had 911 called and was working to get the customer out of the locked stall. She was calm but decisive directing the young kids working on what to do, retail needs more managers with experience like her! (Yes, I was nosy and stuck around and eavesdropped to hear what was going on, I got the impression it was a drug overdose.) The woman soon came to, but sounded very belligerent and like she was giving the employees a hard time. I could not make out what she was saying, but that manager never lost her cool, was calm and spoke with authority. Very impressed by the way she represented Target, wish I would have had time to stick around and see how it ended.”
“I can't believe I haven't written a review of this Target yet! This is the BEST target in MN! The ambiance, cleanliness and selection are all pristine! I love the layout and style of this specific location. I come here 2-3 times a week ( yes I'm one of those annoying 'I'm addicted to Target' people) and they never fail me! They've got groceries, toys, books and most importantly a massive clothing section for everyone! Also to mention, the checkout lines are usually super fast, and plump full of cashiers, guest services is speedy and knowledgeable, and if you feel like being antisocial, there's like 20 self checkouts! I've also found that this Target has different and more things than other Targets (I've heard it's a test store), which makes it even more fun to shop and see all the cool things you could buy with your magical redcard. Seriously though, if you're looking for a place to go with your kids for a few hours in the middle of winter, go to target and wander around...it's fun for everyone.”

“Ordering online at Target is very convenient. You can easily check product availability, switch to another store if needed, and the drive-up option is excellent. I've taken advantage of great Target specials, feeling that I save both money and time. No need to run to multiple stores due to items being out of stock. There's no requirement to select a time window, unlike other stores – the order is ready in two hours or even faster. Even if I do go to the store, it's always clean with a sufficient number of friendly, smiling, and welcoming staff. Absolutely best store in Twin Cities ?”
