“Brought in a cuckoo clock I ordered online that came missing a pendulum and with some shipping damage. It's About Time quickly repaired it and found a pendulum that matched very well. He even provided me with an info sheet about caring for cuckoo clocks (you don't know what you don't know)! I also used them several years ago for a vintage Hamms clock repair. I'm very grateful to have this specialty shop to go to!”

“Stopped in this week and have not looked at swatches in a long time. Have a few from the 80’s that still run. Did not know much about the mission to the moon collection and Sophie and Andrew explained the history and the uniqueness of each model. They took a lot of time with me and I left with a watch that I will enjoy for years to come. The guys working asked if there was anything in particular I was looking for, I told them the stitch, they asked if I knew my ring size, and about 30 seconds later I had the perfect ring! Everything was fast and painless, with zero pressure. Price was exactly in the range if what I was looking for. Overall fantastic experience!”
