Aloft Minneapolis is a hotel noted for its great, amazing, and super friendly staff who are kind, helpful, and make guests feel at home. The atmosphere is described as awesome with a cute lobby, relaxing and inviting stylish decor, and a whole vibe that guests love. The location is consistently highlighted as great, within walking distance of many restaurants, the Guthrie Theater, parks, a farmers market, and several nearby stadiums and venues. It is also just a few blocks from the light rail. The rooms are a nice size, though some guests found them nothing special. Issues noted include inconsistent temperature regulation, noise from the hallway, street, and in-room mini fridge, some dirty-looking carpet, and confusing light switches. Amenities include a pool table and games in the lobby, a bar, a sea salt water pool and hot tub (which some found quite cold), and made-to-order hot breakfast. Negatives include challenges with parking availability and cost, especially during stadium events, and some concerns about the nearby public transportation. While some guests mention the hotel is okay and would stay again for a good rate, others highly recommend it and state they will definitely be back.
Nice hotel. Rooms are a bit lack luster, but spacious and comfortable. Bit noisy with door slams and street traffic. However pretty good location especially if attending a Viking game or concert at us bank stadium.

Great Hotel within walking distance of the Armory and other downtown attractions. The staff was very kind especially when I left some documents accidentally and they mailed it back to me. 👍 also very accommodating by allowing us to stay near others in our group when we booked separately.

No dresser for clothes. They didn't tell me it was $30 to park per night when I made my reservation. The gal at the desk spoke so fast about the amenities, I just said ok and figured I'd figure it out as I went along. A bit irritating, but I'm not here for a long time, just here for a fun time, as GS says.
