“I called last night to about an exhaust leak I suspected in my car. Nghia told me he would be able to look at it and to bring it in. 2 hours after I brought it in he told me the problem. He was able to fix it the next day, and it was ready mid day. He was super quick. He also fixed my side mirror with no extra charge, also he charged a very affordable price for the work done z Nghia has a great sense of humor and also was very efficient / attentive! I highly recommend this shop! Thank you Nghia!!!”

“Stopped in because my sisters vehicle tire had a nail in it. They were very busy but Anthony took the time to inspect the tire and was able to remove the nail and fortunately it hadn’t penetrated the tire to require repair. Anthony was very personable and there was no charger for his time. I was recommended to Fixt Rite by a long time friend and their many years of going there. I would definitely try them for future repairs due to this.”

“The Guys at Skips (recently acquired by Golden Vally Tire) were friendly, polite and knowledgeable. The oil change on my vehicle was done in a timely manner. Prices are reasonable. They are remodeling the front customer area , it should be a great functional space when complete ! I will definitely go back when I am in need of auto repairs. I have been to GVT in Golden Valley several times and they have always given me great service . Skips will be a great addition to the Golden Valley Tire team .”

“I usually go to a Valvoline but after today, Jiffy Lube has a new loyal customer! After having multiple issues dealing with untrained technicians messing up my oil pan and such it's just not worth saving a couple extra bucks. I took a chance trying somewhere new and I'm glad I did! Jiffy Lube was a pleasant experience from start to finish! The manager was very informative and patient with me. And the 3 guys who worked on my truck got me in and out in less than 10-15 minutes! With my coupon my conventional oil change was about $50. They also informed me that I'm able to get my car topped off for free if need be. If that doesn't all scream customer service then I don't know what does! The only thing I suggest is maybe a new paint job outside so people can better see where your located! Thanks Jiffy Lube for the amazing service!”

“We’ve been taking our vehicles to Worku for 10 years now. He is the quintessential example of a ‘Good mechanic’. I say this because of our experience with him over the years. Worku made an impression on me the first time I met him because of his authentic and personable presence. He is one of those people whose smile cuts through to the heart, where one can tell he really cares on a human level. He is a family man who values family, who values the human experience. In addition, on a business level, Worku sets the standard as far as we’re concerned. Over the years he has helped my wife and I out in so many ways, from sneaking us in day of for ‘crisis repairs’, to figuring out our car problems that other mechanics couldn’t, to beating prices other shops quoted us at by a long stretch. Anyone I love whose mentions the need for a vehicle repair, I refer them to Worku at Great Brakes. A couple years ago his son Robell joined him. My wife recently had her struts redone and Robell guided her through the process, she called me and said, ‘have you met Worku’s son, Robell, he is such a nice young man”, I was like, ‘of course, that Worku’s son’. As a person who puts family above anything else, it feels very good having our vehicles cared for by Father-Son shop like “Great Breaks”. Rare find. Couldn’t recommend it more.”

I saw that my rear tire was losing air. Although a very busy shop, Clint stopped what he was doing to help me out. He repaired my tire and 10 minutes later I was on my way. “Took my Odyssey to Hawkins for a timing belt and water pump service, with a few other small items. Nick was extremely professional and courteous, did a quick diagnostic on the car, and found an issue with a front ball joint and leaking axle. He provided an honest assessment of how critical each item was, and then proceeded to provide budgetary estimates for everything. After approving the items that were of most importance, Hawkins completed the work quickly (same day) and at a very reasonable cost. Overall I'm very happy to have found Hawkins and will they will now be my go-to mechanic.”

“First time experiencing jpt Services I personally do not have my car there but we pulled my son's car there looks like they have plenty of business and very little room to Park which is unfortunate as their landlocked but I will have a further update on the rating once my son has the work done on his car of which he brought to a different shop for two previous problems. So hopefully this place as my son says comes with good reviews and I will leave an accurate one when I finish having them work on my son's vehicle but so far it looks high quality and professionally run .”
