We've used WFCU for over a decade, and compared to past big banks (including Wells Fargo), the entire experience start to finish, every aspect, is worlds better. Most recently April 2025 we decided to get a Safe Deposit Box at the Chicago Ave Branch, making an appointment online was very straightforward. We met with Alicia G, who was incredibly helpful. She carefully explained how the boxes work, fees involved, various sizes available, and guided us in using our box for the first time. Cannot emphasize enough how professional and friendly our interaction was. 10/10”

“I’m not a member of Wings CU, but I’m a member of another CO-OP credit union. I’ve been needing to deposit some cash and while walking around the city using the skywalk, I happened upon this credit union. It was after hours, but I was able to deposit cash into my account using their machine. It was seamless and so easy. I wish every credit union had one of these machines!”

“The staff are very friendly, kind, and willing to help you. But you should visit there at least around 2-3 pm to solve your complicated issue. As English is the second language and people of color, it is always afraid of going to a bank to ask for help. However, all staff members in this bank are willing to do their best to help and clarify possible solutions that they can provide with you.
