“Adam's is the place to go. Every single night, my roommates and I haul over to Adam's for a sweet treat to end off the night. I genuinely sit and chat with Dennis and Carlos for hours on end. The momma cat had her kittens and they are cute as ever. Great place to boost your morale.”

“I shopped the market only, not the restaurant yet. They stock some of the hard to find produce like epazote and chiles manzano that are really hard to find in Minneapolis. I'm excited to explore more of the stock and try the restaurant next visit.”

“Great store, open until midnight---yes you read that right-- it's open until midnight everyday. The store is stacked with all cultural items, the pharmacy is open most of the time, and customer service is great.”

“My goodness, I absolutely love Middle Eastern food! They are a grocery store, bakery and a restaurant in one. When I'm traveling I look for international cuisine when possible. Holy Land didn't disappoint. They have parking in the back, you can enter also. I didnt buy anything at the grocery store, but all the reviews speak about all the goodies. Upon entering customer service was professional and helpful. You place your order at the register before finding a seat. They will give you a number for your table. The food is reasonable priced for the huge amt of food they give you, be prepared. Tip: you may want to share with someone. We ended up taking leftovers back to hotel. All the food was so delicious, fresh and packed with flavor! Even if your a vegan you will enjoy all the other food choices. This is a must try it your in town, dont miss this treat! Yasss, I will be visiting again.”

“Great, small shop. Be advised this is more Mediterranean ingredients than Middle Eastern. The staff was super nice and helpful and said for more Middle Eastern ingredients to try the Holy Land in Nordeast. I would definitely go to Bill's again for Mediterranean area ingredients”

“I'm always a fan of Hy-Vee. I like the selection, I like the layout, I like the feel of the place. Some of my favorites are the dry goods availability, and the deli! Recently they switched from a restaurant style offering to more of a cafeteria. You can get your food of whatever style from the appropriate counter, and then take it and eat at a table, a bar, a booth. Plenty of options!”

“Fantastic service! The gentleman that runs the counter has a great attitude and even greets you on the way in. I’m definitely going to stop here when delivering in the area.”

“So happy to have this locally, will be back! Too bad they don’t have a “store brand” for a budget shopper but otherwise I was pleased with the availability/variety”

“Staff is always very nice and eager to help. I always prefer co-ops over big commercial grocery stores anyways. The employees see more real like everyday people as opposed to people trying to be corporate and have no idea what that is. I love this place and will continue to shop there.”

“Nothing is marked relative to prices. Could use a second register. Otherwise good location and product selection is what one would expect for a corner store. Very tobacco smoker orientated.”

“I bought the most gorgeous bracelet here! So many people compliment my bracelet and I hope to go back and buy more! The outside of the building is so beautiful and eye catching as well. Absolutely loved my experience visiting the store! I wish the non Spanish speaking customers were more polite to the cashiers though. Maybe use google translate if you can't get your point across.”

“If you're looking for a fun, delicious Christmas or birthday gift for a friend or family member of any age, this is the place to go! The Hokey Pokey Caramel Corn with nuts in this photo is my favorite, but check out their website for all the options.”

“Went to this place off and on for about two and a half years while living at 215 Oak Grove. The staff are all friendly and it is a damn shame that one of them will no longer be there to provide excellent services.I think the veggies they had in their small refrigerated section came from the late Robert Skafte, who was tragically murdered here December 8, 2023. This small business as of this writing is temporarily closed until further notice but being here over 100 years, it has survived two pandemics, a world war, 9/11 and the Great Recession of 2008-09 and the Great Depression. This small business should live on (I hope).”

“Very cool 0 waste store. they have a surprisingly large assortment of things for how small the store is. Everything seemed very high quality (the prices match that) and lots of locally produced options. The freshly ground peanut butter is amazing, so definitely give that a try! Looking forward to going back!”

“*I think this are closed for repairs? Haven't seen any movement for a month now*I normally love coming here! It's close, conveniently placed and delicious. Heres a wait for fresh food, and a pretty good choice of drinks and snacks. Not really much of a store for groceries, but I've heard great things for the phone repair shop.”

“The smoked meats in the display in front of the butchers counter are unbelievably good, consistent and just a food coma level of good. The cheddar brats and all the brats! Yum! Rare cultural delicacies like head cheese (I haven’t seen it since my grandmas kitchen) The back frozen section next to the rear door has the best frozen comfort foods, packaged in house.. onion rings, corn dogs, jalapeño poppers. I used to live nearby this treasure of a grocery/deli, but now I drive there from miles away. Comfort and or potluck/party food go to.? y’all at Everett’s”

“They're bilingual, help anyone with a smile, find solutions on any situations, treat anyone like a family member and help people who need help! This is just a few experiences that I saw about the people who work here. I would say that the place looks clean and everything that they bring to clients is fresh. The best part I new in the area so they helped me when I need it help.”

“Usually have a great experience in this store despite the expensive prices (but that’s the sacrifice for organic, healthy food). I resonate with the comment of feeling judged after today’s visit. There was a tall employee with a mustache that appeared to be snickering at me as I was looking at what to buy. I decided not to pay any attention to him because I felt very uncomfortable between the staring & snickering. I just expect a bit more professionalism since that’s what I usually get shopping at this store. Cashier was very friendly & kind! I will be back despite this incident– very convenient having the store nearby!”
