“If you want to limit the plastic you use in nearly all aspects of daily life, this is the place for you. Think of prices near local co-op rates. Also, good to know there are typically donated (clean) containers if you forgot, or don't have, your own.”
“It’s an interesting find in the heart of Lyn Lake. Has been there for ages. There is mostly Greek food, from feta, olives, and other Greek items you can’t find in the city. There is a great selection of Slavic and Arabic groceries.”
“Adam's is the place to go. Every single night, my roommates and I haul over to Adam's for a sweet treat to end off the night. I genuinely sit and chat with Dennis and Carlos for hours on end. The momma cat had her kittens and they are cute as ever. Great place to boost your morale.”
“This place had a "Very Enjoyable" Vibe with the employees and also my fellow shoppers. Was well worth the 15 mile drive to pick up some Thousand Hills grass-fed beef raised in Becker MN!!! Will definitely be returning to further explore this store.”
“Trader Joe's is Trader Joe's. As someone who doesn't eat a lot of prepackaged food, I don't see why people love it so much. SO MUCH PACKAGING WASTE.That said, the staff is always very friendly and helpful. And I don't mind stopping here for a couple of items as it's the only option on the way home from work. The parking lot though is a bit of a wreck.”
“If you're looking for a fun, delicious Christmas or birthday gift for a friend or family member of any age, this is the place to go! The Hokey Pokey Caramel Corn with nuts in this photo is my favorite, but check out their website for all the options.”
“Good grocery store and very clean. Get ready. There is a butcher shop, 1 restaurant, 1 deli, the food looks great actually ;) They even have birria, even more creative they have ramen birria. Everything is kinda overpriced especially on the grocery store side but that’s with everything after Covid. There is even an ice cream place inside. A mini pharmacy and the list goes on. Discover your knowledge on Mexico and Mexican groceries ??”
“The deli is amazing and service is great. Great customer service. The cook is a great guy and is very nice. I love the food, it's a nice everyday stop and the cashiers are hilarious”
“As someone who has lived in the Middle East, Holy Land has some of the most authentic and delicious middle eastern food I have ever had outside the region. Service is amazing and I love the grocery store connected to the restaurant. Always looking forward to coming here.”
“So happy to have this locally, will be back! Too bad they don’t have a “store brand” for a budget shopper but otherwise I was pleased with the availability/variety”
“Nothing is marked relative to prices. Could use a second register. Otherwise good location and product selection is what one would expect for a corner store. Very tobacco smoker orientated.”

2601 Lyndale Ave S, Minneapolis“The actual Aldi itself is really nice, however, if getting to here by car, it can be a pain. As we know, Lyndal is a hot mess of a stress, so trying to go in and out of their underground parking garage is a nightmare at times. I also don't like how there isn't a thru way in the garage, you have to go out the same way you came in, which gets backed up if busy. With that being said, inside of the Aldi is nice and spacious, clean, and has some nice cashiers. Would recommend if you're within walking distance but I prefer the Aldi's in the suburbs just due to parking.”
“The smoked meats in the display in front of the butchers counter are unbelievably good, consistent and just a food coma level of good. The cheddar brats and all the brats! Yum! Rare cultural delicacies like head cheese (I haven’t seen it since my grandmas kitchen) The back frozen section next to the rear door has the best frozen comfort foods, packaged in house.. onion rings, corn dogs, jalapeño poppers. I used to live nearby this treasure of a grocery/deli, but now I drive there from miles away. Comfort and or potluck/party food go to.? y’all at Everett’s”
“Minneapolis market is a good store to get stuff that you need to get through your day or night. Conveniently located just a few blocks from home it's perfect for a quick visit to get something to eat. The intersection is one of the hardest on the whole south side but I don't have any worries and I get my respect. They usually have a security guard right there in the store just in case anything pops off like crackheads or something else that is not ok for the atmosphere of the store. They have a nice section of many kinds of snacks and drinks You also have some microwaveable stuff that you can cook right there in their microwave oven system and it comes out tasty and ready to eat with a fork or spoon that they can provide if you don't have your own.”
“It’s small, but it’s a Lunds.
Parking lot is small but it’s better than the Highland store with its terrible ramp. Entry and exit is normally not a problem”
“Very cool 0 waste store. they have a surprisingly large assortment of things for how small the store is. Everything seemed very high quality (the prices match that) and lots of locally produced options. The freshly ground peanut butter is amazing, so definitely give that a try! Looking forward to going back!”
“I've been coming to this store since I was a baby.. Chris, Carla, Tommy, Eric, and the rest of the wonderful employees who work here always make me feel welcomed... Wally I've know since I was able to walk to the store by myself.. I love this store”
“I love this store all the employees are wonderful workers, very kind and helpful when purchasing. Gives good deals on items when needed! Thank you very much for your kind and generous deeds”
“Im the manthatmotos`i didnt actually stop here but outside on lyndale i was at the stop light.. it looks well kept and clean outside though !! So there you have it in a handbasket . Your driver there can only be 1,and now like many before im burning 4 towards the next door of opurunity , for now be safe be smart be good or be bad but be good at it!”
“Love this place! They make fresh chicharrones, tamales, horchata, and a lot more. I tried all 3, and enjoyed all of'em. Of course you'll also find a lot of Latino grocery items, produce, and other things like meat products.”

1522 E Lake St, Minneapolis“Love having this store within walking distance. I was surprised to see they even have cuy in the freezer! ?? ?? I opted not to buy that, but was happy with the items I DID purchase for supper tonight! ?”
“Cute, smaller grocery store. First time I went to North Market was to actually check out Wendy's House of Soul (which is located inside the grocery store). While waiting for our order we did walk around and browse the store. They offer the same thing things as other chain grocery store but it's more of a peaceful, less chaotic shopping experience. I liked that I could find snacks there that I really only find in corner stores as well. Store overall was clean, the parking lot was as well. I've been back a few times to grab snacks and little things here & there. Staff at the front end were nice as well.”
“Usually have a great experience in this store despite the expensive prices (but that’s the sacrifice for organic, healthy food). I resonate with the comment of feeling judged after today’s visit. There was a tall employee with a mustache that appeared to be snickering at me as I was looking at what to buy. I decided not to pay any attention to him because I felt very uncomfortable between the staring & snickering. I just expect a bit more professionalism since that’s what I usually get shopping at this store. Cashier was very friendly & kind! I will be back despite this incident– very convenient having the store nearby!”
9AM - 10PM
3300 4th Ave S, Minneapolis“I would like to go here once a month and get like pork chops pigs feet chicken wings great prices and the meat is always fresh. I really like the manager there too he's a cool guy”
“Had their gyro topped cheeseburger with fries and they added cheese to the fries per request and as a combo before tax it was $9.99. I’d gladly pay double and still be satisfied. Also had another order of gyro cheese fries and legitimately top one out of the five I’ve ever had in my lifetime. Must go. The customer service is the best at a deli you could ask for. The cook is one single person running the whole thing while taking orders and to put out such quality food is a wonder within itself. I have no doubt that this deli will grow exponentially in no time. Please check it out and see it for yourself. There will be one thing on the menu that I will confidently say will be an instant classic for you. Give this place a shot if your in NE. You won’t regret it”
9:30AM - 6:30PM

They have a variety of Filipino, Vietnamese, Chinese, and other asian products.I came on a Sunday and they had a hot foods section with piping hot egg rolls, buns, beef skewers, and sandwiches. They also have premade desserts!!”

“This is an excellent clean store. The area may be a little rough but the staff are friendly I feel safe. Cheap soft drinks and cool selection of interesting products. I would come again. Jay was the bomb and I'll come back again.”
