This college apartment is beautiful and up to par. I wish them luck on preparing it for the upcoming school year. Living here would be great and promotes physical activity with everything being so close by. The new renovated single bedroom units are a dream come true.

The Quad is a great place to call home, if I ever have any issue, I just call Morgan in the office and it gets taken care of. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Amazing tour with Jacqui! She was so friendly and made me feel at home! The unit was gorgeous and I’m definitely going to look into living here!
