Dropped 3 different packages off at this location. packages were never scanned. UPS customer service was completely useless!!! didn't help and I'm out the money. lots of reviews say there are others with the exact same problem!!!!

I dropped a package off in this mailbox two weeks ago and it hasn’t been scanned or delivered. From the looks of these reviews I bet it is still sitting in the box
