Enjoyable interactions and purchasing history, even if inventory is limited and high volume customer traffic limits interaction times. This location is conveniently located, even if parking is not.”

“Been going here for 3+ years & it has become the only tobacco store/vape shop I will patronize, for the following reasons... 1) Really wide selection of vape brands & flavors. 2) The 1x I was unhappy with the performance of a device, the owner didn't gaslight me & he allowed me to exchange it for something functional. 3) No counterfeit products (it's actually a huge problem in the city... I've been burned a few times). 4) It's clean & not sketch.”

The clerks really know their shit and if they don’t have what you need - they will get it for you. Truly some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They also have an incredible assortment of vapes, cigs, glass and kratom products. 11/10 NO NOTES! Vibes are high - and it always smells like fresh bread and pizza! YUM!???”

“Uptown Smoke Shop has one of the biggest selections of vapes I’ve seen! They have all kinds of options along with pretty much anything else you might need. From incense to whipped cream. The team is attentive and knowledgeable, & they’re willing to answer all your questions even when the shop is busy. I really appreciate that they don’t make you feel rushed or like you’re bothering them when you need help choosing something. Great selection, helpful staff, and a solid spot if you’re looking for variety!”

“The people that work there are nice and friendly 😊😊 The first half of this post was from a different day after the smiley faces is the second post went in to Infinity smoke today and was looking around after I bought $100 worth of cigarettes and I was looking at the gummy selection cuz someone told me that they have a good selection of gummies there and the guy got mad and told me to buy something or leave all rude. Like I don't know if it was cuz he was in a bad mood or what. I just thought that was kind of rude”
