“I greatly appreciate all of the kind and knowledgeable folks who work at Pet Doctors. Everyone who works there truly wants the best for my pets and I have been so grateful for their thoughtfulness, particularly when my previous dog was going through her final days after a cancer diagnosis. They helped her stay as comfortable as possible and stayed in touch with me throughout that difficult time. I just brought my current dog in for vaccines and everyone treated him like he was a star. There is a calm vibe to the office and both of my dogs have felt comfortable while there. Thank you to everyone at Pet Doctors!”
“I can’t say enough good things about MetroPet. I’m genuinely so impressed with the dedication and care they’ve shown my Toy Poodle puppy, Maple. From the front desk team to the vet staff, everyone is kind, patient, and truly focused on providing top-notch care.
Maple has been a sensitive little pup (from food, vaccines, you name it) and the MetroPet team has been consistently supportive through it all. They’re always willing to take a phone call when I have questions, and they never make me feel rushed or silly for being a worried puppy parent. They’ve even gone out of their way to help us on a weekend by getting Maple a prescription she needed, which meant so much.
Dr. Harris has especially exceeded my expectations. You can tell she truly loves her patients and is passionate about excellent puppy care. She’s been thorough, thoughtful, and proactive. Even taking the extra step to call our groomer to ensure they had the paperwork needed for Maple’s first groom. That level of care and follow-through is rare.
I would trust any pet with this clinic. MetroPet is exceptional, and I’m so grateful to have found them. Highly recommend!”
“Grateful to the staff at East Lake Animal Clinic for caring for our little family. Dr. Travis, Dr. Cheri, Kiki, Aimee, Shelby, Nick and all the others whose names currently escape us, thank you so much for the love and respect you've consistently shown our family in caring for our smallest living members Jesus, Chloe and Cecil, as well as the family that we've lost, Jaegar, Duncan and Dexter. Jesus is our spiciest chihuahua rescue, who absolutely loves going to the vet to see his favorite people. He howls out the car window until we arrive, walks through the door with a big grin and googley eyes, wagging his tail and batting his greying eyelashes, barely able to stop wiggling long enough to capture an accurate weight on the scale. Unfortunately, his switch flips instantly upon being touched or examined, and he turns into a tiny terrifying monster. But not for long. As soon as he's off the exam table and back on the floor, he's happy again and yes he will take the treats being offered and he thanks you very kindly. Thank you for caring for our pack.”
“Kenwood has long been our primary resource for veterinary care and we are always happy with the standard of care and the kindness our pets are treated to. Something I really also value, though, is how willing and quick Kenwood vets are to be part of a more integrated approach to a problem involving specialists or urgent care external to the clinic. They are always interested in and invested in the best outcome for our pets and that is deeply appreciated. On this occasion, they gently guided our Greyhound mix through x-rays for an upcoming visit to a rehab clinic and affirmed the preliminary injury diagnosis given by an Urgent Care vet. I value my relationship with all of the vets and staff at Kenwood.”
“I've taken my cat here for six years for everything from checkups to prescriptions to surgery, and I can't recommend them enough. They've always been so helpful and friendly and gotten my cat the care she needed”
“I’m 28 now and married, and I’ve been coming to this veterinary clinic since I was litterally a kid! The Minnehaha Team has been there through every moment of my childhood pets, and now they support me as I care for my very own cat and dog with confidence and independence.
Over the years, I’ve built incredible trust with the front desk staff, the assistants, and the doctors. They’ve treated our pets like family and they’ve treated us like family too. We particularly have a great bond with Bobbie and Dr. Soule.
We feel like the staff has always shown up with compassion, professionalism, and absolute genuine care. They LOVE our dog Marzipan, everyone genuilnly greats her and hopes she's doing well. Even new empoleeyes we meet fall in love with her and it's very hearwarming.
I honestly can’t believe I haven’t written this review until now! I feel awful since they’ve earned it a hundred times over. If you’re looking for a vet who will walk alongside you through the joys and heartbreaks of pet ownership, this is the place. I’m endlessly grateful for the years of care, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. I send so much love to the team and hope you know, YOU MEAN SO MUCH TO US!”
“So happy with our visit as new clients. Our dog was handled with care and was given a thorough examination. The office was clean and the staff is friendly and professional. Thank you!”
“We love taking our fur babies to Bass Lake Pet Hospital. We've been clients for over 5 years now and just love the people there. Dr. Engle is phenomenal and always takes the time to explain and make sure we feel comfortable with next steps if needed. I've never had a negative experience there.”
“So convenient for those of us living in downtown Mpls. Most recent visit: We arrived 20 minutes early and staff were cheerful and went ahead and put us in a room. Always the most friendly and professional staff.”

“My 5.5-year-old best friend, my Pomeranian, suddenly became critically ill with severe pancreatitis. Thanks to Dr. Nikki Burk and her incredible team at South Hyland Pet Hospital, her life was saved.
Dr. Burk was compassionate, non-judgmental, and exceptionally knowledgeable throughout the entire experience. She truly cares from the perspective of a pet parent, taking the time to explain every option clearly including treatment plans and costs so we could make informed decisions and decide best course for our family. She checks in often and is always open to questions or concerns, which made an incredibly difficult time feel much more manageable.
Over the years, I’ve had pets with complex medical needs, including a cat with early kidney failure and another with severe heart complications and frostbite (stray) and I have worked with many veterinarians. I can honestly say I have never experienced a more caring, supportive, and dedicated vet.”
“We have a wonderful vet for our ailing cat at Westgate. Everyone there is so caring - they'll talk about best next steps and will understand when a cat is too ill to come back for test after test after test. It's a great vet clinic!”

“We’ve had great experiences with Access over the years with three dogs. The staff is incredibly kind, their prices are fair, and I really appreciate how they’re so upfront about costs.”
“Our vet clinic had a full schefule and was unable to see our dog who had been vomitting & had diarrhea. Your clinic had time to see him that same day and provided great care. The follow-up calls were very much appreciated, too.”
“We've going to Nokomis for over 13 years. Every visit, weather it's the routine check up or a concern, the staff is always kind, patient and you can feel the level of care they have for animals. Highly recommend. Best clinic.”
“I was able to get a quick refill from LHV, which was sent to my house. The original prescription was from an animal cardiologist an hour away from my home, so this was extremely easy and helpful.”
“Had a grooming appointment this past Thursday and experienced car trouble. I live quite close— but not close enough to walk there in time for the appointment for which I was running late. She came and picked my little buddy up.
The grooming services were 10/10 as usual— but the willingness to help when I needed it was even more appreciated.
Thank you! Gunner looks dapper as heck, btw— they gave him a little red bow tie. ?”
“They are wonderful ❤️ They cleaned Sébastien's (cat) ears, and diagnosed that he has an ear infection. I have been applying drops to his ears and he is well on his way to recovery.”
“When my poor little LadySlipper started not keeping food down, they got us in right away. They were gentle, caring. She is doing better and is keeping food down and we are all very happy! Especially LadySlipper!”
“The people here were so nice and respectful to me. They used they/them pronouns to refer to me and I didn't ask them to do so, they were just being respectful as I look semi androgynous. This made me feel really comfortable and welcome. I felt very listened to and they answered all questions I had thoroughly. The vet was really helpful and had a lot of great information for me and was really nice. I liked everyone I interacted with here and I really feel like they love and care about animals as much as I do. Definitely recommend.”

“Broadway Robbinsdale Animal Hospital is everything I could ask for in a vet clinic and more! I started out at a different clinic during my dog's early life and switched to Broadway Robbinsdale because Dr. Baker and the staff truly go above and beyond, plus the old school charm and reasonably priced care can't be beat.
My pup, Jude, has had some quirks his whole life. Dr. Baker compassionately got to the bottom of it, and diagnosed him with a rare case for a canine— OCD (who knew?!). He even went as far to do extra research for me in his off time without being asked, and sent me photo copies of his findings in the mail so I could get educated. Like I said, above and beyond.
Another time when my pup was being treated for Lyme's during the busy holiday season (and I was a MESS with worry), the staff sat and chatted with me for 45+ mins on a slow day, helping me to recenter myself during a nerve-wracking time. I'm happy to report that Jude is now happy and healthy!
I will take my pets here for veterinary care forever and ever. Thank you Broadway Robbinsdale Animal Hospital!”
“Dr Chamberlain is one of the best vets I've ever worked with. She was a part of my first service dogs care team. My service dog had cancer, this cancer required the amputation of one of his toe. It was a very hard decision, and the thought of my dog having cancer kept me up countless nights. With her support and the intervention of her staff, my service dog is now cancer free and living the rest of his life with a new family happily retired in Iowa. My dog was 9 years old when my story with him ended. It is because of Dr Chamberlain and her staff that my dog's story is not over yet. I followed her to her new location where she is now taking care of a successor to my first service dog.”

“I recently boarded my aging dog while on vacation. She was near end of life and needed additional care. The facility brought Ruby to Pet Crossing concerned she needed to be put down. Pet Crossing's doctor called me immediately, provided me her cell number, and worked with me for options to care for Ruby. Ultimately, Pet crossing took care of her all day and sent me numerous photos and videos showing she was doing very well until a friend could pick her up. They helped manage her pain and developed a plan for my friend so I could be with her at the end when I returned. Pet Crossing was extremely compassionate, went above and beyond with their communication, and I felt were reasonable with their fees. I cannot express my gratitude enough to the staff at Pet Crossing and would not hesitate bringing my other dog there in the future and would recommend Pet Crossing to others based upon this experience.”
“Brought my 14 year old yorkie in for severe skin allergies. They were able to get her in for a same day appointment! The tech was warm and welcoming, and the vet, Erin, was absolutely AMAZING! My dog is usually so anxious that she pees on the exam table, but Erin put her so at ease with her kind demeanor and spent five minutes at the start of the appointment sitting on the floor with my dog and petting her. The exam rooms were clean and cozy as well. Also, first exam fee is waived?? Honestly a 10/10 experience. I would highly recommend this vet for any dog parent.”
“I first came to Best Friends about 6 months ago to put my dog Xenio down. Which they were nothing but accommodating, kind and very compassionate about what they do. Then a couple weeks ago I brought one of my other dogs Klein in for a second opinion on what has been making him sick since September. They were very determined to help figure out what was wrong. We didn't get the chance to complete his workup before he passed. So when they found out they were very sympathetic for what I had gone through once again. I couldn't thank them enough for being there through both my rainbow dogs.”
