“We came to this vet after our other vet clinic moved. We are over the moon on this clinic and found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable! They are able to share information in a way that it doesn’t become too over whelming as well as not pressure you in to any type of care that isn’t absolutely necessary. The clinic has apps and texting ability that keeps communication open and convenient and they are very sweet to our dogs that have come in. I love it here!”
“My dog has been coming here for 10 years. I’d give 6 stars if I could! Their attention to detail and follow up is amazing. We totally feel part of the pet doctors family and not just a number (which I hated at other vets). We even moved somewhat far away and I still make the drive because the service is so great. “This was our second time at this clinic. The clinic is clean. Everyone is friendly and helpful. We were greeted promptly and roomed right away. The tech (Colleen) was thorough and easy to talk to. Dr. Torino made sure we knew what he was doing and what he was looking for. Lab results and our cat's diagnosis came the next morning along with recommended care and treatment options. We received the actual lab report via email - something our last vet didn't do. We've been kept well informed every step of the way. We're very happy here! The cat--not so happy but she's not driving or paying the bills.”

They’re busier than they used to be but still excellent. I also get my dog groomed and he went from terrified of grooming to being basically fine with it so I know the groomers are good with him.”

“Clean, organized, full-service vet office with separate areas for dog & cats. They have limited appointments for pet patients that don’t have (or are too far from) a vet. That is why we’ve been here with 2 different dogs. Parking is the only challenge, but that’s much of Uptown.”
“I've taken my cat here for three annual exams/vaccines, and once for an emergency lab. Every time I've been there, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The prices feel fair to me (the annual exam for one cat including a 1 year rabies shot is ~$130 bucks, though your price may be different, I don't know how that stuff works). The vets and techs are really great. Side note, if you have a cat that gets stressed out at the vet, ask your provider if you can pick up a gabapentin for them the day before the appointment; that helped my cat feel calm and comfortable, and I didn't know that was an option until I talked to the vet at Vet Partners :)”

“When i visited the Camden Pet Hospital, i was impressed by how clean the facility was. My dog was very comfortable with Dr. Paige and the assistant. Dr. Paige explained everything in regards to the medications, treatments and vaccinations and she also explained to me how to get medications online. My dog. “My geriatric dog wandered off today after escaping our gate at home and the employees here not only rescued him, but also fed and housed him while they tried to track us down. One of their lovely employees then drove 30 minutes after closing to come meet us, so that he wouldn’t have to spend the night there. Amazing place and beyond incredible, caring staff!!”

“Dr Chamberlain is one of the best vets I've ever worked with. She was a part of my first service dogs care team. My service dog had cancer, this cancer required the amputation of one of his toe. It was a very hard decision, and the thought of my dog having cancer kept me up countless nights. With her support and the intervention of her staff, my service dog is now cancer free and living the rest of his life with a new family happily retired in Iowa. My dog was 9 years old when my story with him ended. It is because of Dr Chamberlain and her staff that my dog's story is not over yet. I followed her to her new location where she is now taking care of a successor to my first service dog.”

“I recently boarded my aging dog while on vacation. She was near end of life and needed additional care. The facility brought Ruby to Pet Crossing concerned she needed to be put down. Pet Crossing's doctor called me immediately, provided me her cell number, and worked with me for options to care for Ruby. Ultimately, Pet crossing took care of her all day and sent me numerous photos and videos showing she was doing very well until a friend could pick her up. They helped manage her pain and developed a plan for my friend so I could be with her at the end when I returned. Pet Crossing was extremely compassionate, went above and beyond with their communication, and I felt were reasonable with their fees. I cannot express my gratitude enough to the staff at Pet Crossing and would not hesitate bringing my other dog there in the future and would recommend Pet Crossing to others based upon this experience.”
“Brought my 14 year old yorkie in for severe skin allergies. They were able to get her in for a same day appointment! The tech was warm and welcoming, and the vet, Erin, was absolutely AMAZING! My dog is usually so anxious that she pees on the exam table, but Erin put her so at ease with her kind demeanor and spent five minutes at the start of the appointment sitting on the floor with my dog and petting her. The exam rooms were clean and cozy as well. Also, first exam fee is waived?? Honestly a 10/10 experience. I would highly recommend this vet for any dog parent.”
