“My son, unfortunately, misplaced a Macy's gift card that was given to him for his birthday. As a last ditch effort, I printed the credit card transaction and headed in to see if they could help us. Priscilla was so kind and so sweet to us! Having to use three different computers to search for the transaction and find the ever important previous GC card number. Tucker was also brought in to ensure the process was successful. He was also so patient and kind to us! They were able to transfer from the lost card to a new one and my son was able to use the card that day. I cannot recall better customer service in the past decade. Thank you Priscilla & Tucker!”
“JCPenney is an interesting store offering a wide variety of stylish clothes, accessories, and home goods at unbeatable prices. The quality seems fine but kind of outdated, but the deals make it a top choice for smart shopping. Highly recommended other than that.”

“There was a wide selection of clothing when I visited. There was a ton of clearance. The only problem I had was at the register when the sales clerk didn't want to the honor a sale that multiple sales person were advertising throughout the store. It took her to reluctantly radio her store manager for verification in order for her to give me the sale prices. That process was not only frustrating but also took time.”
“You won’t waste your time with what they’ve selected! I’m a Pilates girl and loved their Lulu and Athleta assortment. Everything is in 10/10 condition you don’t have to worry about pilling old finds as I usually see at Plato’s Closet. “What a great surprise after an intense shopping experience. The store had great inventory, but was a bit chaotic with the member event. The highlight was the help we received from the store manager, Max. I met him at checkout as there were questions with an online order I needed to place. Not only was he incredibly helpful, but extremely patient (the line was 10 deep). He took the time helping me and getting our order placed with the correct discount and my interaction was one that reminded me that customer service is what makes a retail environment worth coming back to — retail needs more people like him.”

They also carry a small table of Ivory Ella brand *the place that donates proceeds to saving elephants, they have super cute stuff, tie die shirts and cute logo shirts and sweatshirts etc”

“I visited JJill recently and embarrassed myself. Before I left home I grabbed a tank top to return that I had purchased recently, and I had my receipt. The sales woman gently noted that I had the wrong top for the receipt I brought along. She looked at my online sales history. That top although unworn, was a year old! At first I didn't believe her. Then the realization hit me. She was right. I'd grabbed the wrong one. To be honest, I had sorta stressed to her she was incorrect before I realized my mistake.This woman was so kind to me! She alowed me to return this top anyway! Then helped me find a duster in a size I didn't know I needed. It did fit perfectly. I love my purchases and I'm grateful for the patient help.For clean lines and sleek cuts that flatter and look youthful. You can't beat JJill. The service is excellent too. (Red face.)”

“Me and my friend came in around 5pm on a Tuesday looking last minute for a graduation dress. The lady helping us was so kind, giving us suggestions to find what we liked, and helped us in our selection, finally I found a dress that fit me beautifully only to find that it had a 3in hole on the side. The lady working instantly offered to sew it up for free and gave the dress to me half off for the inconvenience. I have never had a better experience in retail, all their workers are just as lovely as their clothes. I couldn’t have felt more confident on my graduation day with the dress I wore.”
“So Pacman and Pacgirl got together and had a little Pac-son. And this place is named after him! Sleepy little store over at the Ridgedale Mall out in the west suburbs of Minneapolis. It's not bad and I kind of like it but it's also expensive and it's sometimes a little awkward when you're the only one in the store and they're asking if you want to buy something and you know that you're not going to be buying anything. I bumped them from 3 to 4 because I asked Bae and she said she adores this store from when we went in here.”

“Very nice place. My only grow was the comissioned sales staff. As a person seasoned in sales, I saw the quiet battle playing out between competing sales people on a slow weekday afternoon. They all conducted themselves professionally, but I feel I could have been better served of those individuals were trained to assist me, rather than simply being rewarded for meeting sales.
I ultimately got better help from their competitor and voted with my dollars, spending zero of them at Nordstrom on a day where I broke the budget on new clothes.”
