A cool franchise, bearing the Scheels name on the Moorhead side of Fargo-Moorhead, not far from downtown Fargo and (Inside) of Downtown Moorhead. Anything to fix a problem can be found in ace hardware! Lots of duct tape, really a high number of duct tapes. A number i quit counting BTW. Good prices, I believe they had Alien tape 👽.

“I recently stopped by the new Fargo ND Acme Tool Service Dept. I only needed an air filter for my Stihl 800 series backpack blower. Felt kinda out of place walking by all the big Kubota tractors needing such an insignificant part. The quality of service and attention I received was amazing. Ken Naylor, one of the service writers, after ordering me a 3 part kit, (saving money vs ordering 3 parts individually) printed me the schematic with the individual parts highlighted. Then, he mentioned other local businesses that might have an air filter that day to get me up and running.I am grateful to get that quality of help only 3 miles away. It was above and beyond any small engine service counter in the area. The funny thing is this transaction was under 15 dollars. And they,Steve McDonough was there also, treated me like I owned the company. Think I will buy all my power equipment from Acme now just because I found a service department that I trust.”

“I would just like to say how happy I am with this company's customer service! I was needing helium for a wedding reception and was recommended AIRGAS and Praxair. I contacted both with the same questions and Praxair responded but did nothing to help but tell me to contact the local store! However after contacting AIRGAS, Keith at the regional or corporate office emailed me that day and provided me information and answered my initial questions before letting me know to contact the Fargo store directly for more specifics. Melvin replied right away to each email I sent him and was very helpful getting me familiar with the process, giving me my best choices on tanks and estimates on prices and told me that we could lock it in for my use. Soon after, Brent contacted me to verify that I wanted to reserve the tank so he could help me with that! I would like to know who to contact to recommend commendations to each of these men!”

“I love this Home Depot! We used to have a Home Depot in Bismarck, but now this is the closest place to shop at one. It is super clean and spacious; the have a pretty good amount of products to choose from! Sometimes they have great clearance selections or deals. The staff is usually welcoming and friendly; haven't had a problem here!”
“The appliance department gals were very helpful and gave us wonderful customer service. They ensured that we would be happy with our big ticket item purchases and helped us sign up for the rewards program. We immediately got rewards because they signed us up BEFORE we checked out.”
